Pneumatic conveying system of thermal power plant management is a weak link in thermal power plant.There are many problems in the domestic thermal power plant ash conveying system,mainly reflected in the pneumatic ash conveying control system only meet functional requirements of pneumatic ash,without considering the performance requirements of energy saving operation,resulting in low effic iency and high energy consumption.Therefore Thermal Power Plant Operation of pneumatic conveying system with energy saving has become an important direction of energy-saving research.Based on the power plant pneumatic conveying system background of the demand of the air compressor fleet of energy-saving operation,with its running energy consumption as the optimization goal.from the controllable means of pneumatic conveying system running Control Method pneumatic conveying system with energy-saving operation,for performing pneumatic conveying system for optimization of intelligent control,improvement of existing thermal power plants pneumatic conveying system control method accuracy is not high,a serious waste of energy problems.The main research work in the paper is as follows :(1)For a single pipe pneumatic ash gas consumption characteristics,the establishment of different types of single pipe pneumatic ash model,a detailed analysis of the various types of single pipe under different conditions the gray-gas ratio,gas flow rate,pipe characteristics pneumatic conveying model,and determine the appropriate optimization program by comparison.(2)According to the characters of pneumatic system of thermal power plant pneumatic conveying system,24-hours LSSVM ash producing prediction model based on Bayesian inference is established.According to the problem of ash producing training sample set leads to its modeling using traditional cross validation to determine model parameters in long time-consuming,Three principles of the Bayes ian evidence framework is proposed for 24 hours gas flow model was trained and the parameters for the identification and optimization.To be specific,the parameters w and b are inferred through the standard 1,the regularization parameter ? is inferred through the standard 2,the model contrast automatically selected parameters ? is inferred through the standard 3.Based on the above research results,lead by the process of industrial automation control system development trend,computer control technology,field bus,communication network and open technologies such as real-time database are fused,B/S(Browse/Server)structure is used,designe a 24 hours the amount of ash generated prediction system based on Intouch and Matlab,which has an open architecture and friendly man-machine interfaces.The idea of function modules is used.A complete set of hardware system was designed and developed,thus for our country thermal power plant energy-saving operation of pneumatic conveying system provide strong support.
