With the development of economic and medical standards, people were eager to improve the quality of life with higher requirements. However, traffic accidents and improper physical activities occured frequently, which cause spinal cord injury and motor function injury. Meanwhile, a large number of bedridden invalids were suffering painful from muscle atrophy and osteoporosis. People urgently need a kind of rehabilitative training equipment acting on the lower limb for special target populations. Rehabilitative training device acting on lower limb could cater special object and satisfied patients’ requirements. Rehabilitative training device used to help them receive the rehabilitatve training.For meet their requirements, the paper introduced that lower limb rehabilitative training device was designed four function:low-limb training, lifting up body’s back, up&down function, erectile function. Designing function is based on human anatomy theory. Device must satisfy two function of body lying-down and erectile postural. By virtual prototyping technology, three-dimensional model was established by Pro/E software. The modles were assembled correctly, carried on motion simulation to receive a reasonable virtual prototype.Using Pro/E Mechinia module to analysis dynamical engineering statics and seeking for area where it bear higher loads is efficient. Established the finite element model of lower-limb rehabilitative training equipment by Ansys Workbench, it’s reasonable method that overall structure and important parts are to analysis of engineering ststics&intensity. Finally, according to the obtained results to check part rigidity, improving our design specially is used to obtain useful productions.Depending on the virtual prototyping technology, the produnction cycle is be shorten and improved the work of efficiency. The paper completed function selction and structural design. Rehabilitative equipment helped therapists work and improved patients’results.In one word, it’s important for rehabilitational equipments’industry that design lower limb rehabilitational training device.
