Study On Health Evaluation Indexes System Of Shipboard Soldiers

Shipboard soldiers as an important part of the Navy, so their health status willdirectly affect the combat capability of the Navy. How to evaluate their healthstatus is particularly important.Objective:On the basis of systematic analysis of environmental risk factors and actualstate of health of shipboard soldiers, we established a health evaluation indexessystem of shipboard soldiers with good reliability and validity. We can evaluatethe health status of shipboard soldiers comprehensively, objectively and accurately.The system will also provide a scientific basis and basic data for health policy,disease prevention and control measures.Methods:Firstly, by literature analysis to establish the shipboard soldier healthevaluation indexes. Secondly, we use Delphi method to collect the experts’opinions and suggestions about the shipboard soldier health evaluation indexes. Lastly, we investigate and collect baseline information of607shipboard soldiers,and analysis the validity and reliability of the evaluation system on this basis.Results:1．In this study, we handed out607questionnaires，and607questionnaires wererecovered， valid questionnaires were569，efficiency of93.7%．2．The Cronbach α of the health evaluation Scale is0.745．The Cronbach α of eachsubscales and dimensions is between0.724～0.890. Split-half reliability analysisof two half-scale correlation coefficient of0.870．Reliability is good.3．Validity analysis showed that scores of indicators had strong relevance to itsdimension. Factor analysis results obtained7factors and the total explainedvariance was91.444%. Validity is good.Conclusion:1．We established a health evaluation indexes system of shipboard soldiers withgood reliability and validity.2．The health evaluation indexes system can reflect the health status of shipboardsoldiers.3． Though evaluate the health status of shipboard soldiers comprehensively,objectively and accurately, to improve the health and combat capability ofshipboard soldiers.4．Provide a reference for establish of other SWAT officers health evaluationindexes system.
