Objective: to compare the postoperative fentanyl pure general anesthesiacompound Granisetron Injection intravenous analgesia with general anesthesia compoundinto a different line branch of anesthetic bilateral neck shallow plexus anesthesia forthyroid surgery anesthesia and analgesia effect, discusses general anesthesiacompound hydrochloric acid Ropivacaine with fentanyl mixture bilateral neck shallowplexus anesthesia for thyroid surgery is feasible.Methods: select elective general anesthesia,63patients with thyroid surgery,were randomly divided into3groups, group A pure endotracheal general anesthesia,postoperative fentanyl vein glass Joan pump intravenous analgesia; BL with BLFgroup endotracheal general anesthesia compound bilateral superficial cervical plexusnerve block, set of BL to local anesthetics was0.375%hydrochloric acid Ropivacaine20ml, BLF group of local anesthetics was0.375%hydrochloric acid Ropivacaine20ml+1ug/kg of fentanyl. Three groups all use propofol, benzene sulfonic acid cisatracurium, fentanyl vein rapid sequence induction, endotracheal intubation andmechanical ventilation, intraoperative trace pump intravenous infusion of propofoland fentanyl, and intermittent intravenous benzene sulfonic acid cis atracurium tomaintain anesthesia. Record T0before anesthesia, cut skin T1,15minT2after the cutleather, sewing leather T3, T4when tracheal extubation and tracheal extubation aftermint T5,10minT6after tracheal extubation of blood pressure and heart rate changes,the dosage of anesthetic, awakening and tracheal extubation time, postoperative paintime and adverse reactions occur.Results: the general anesthesia compound hydrochloric acid Ropivacaine withfentanyl mixture bilateral neck shallow plexus anesthesia for thyroid surgeryperioperative cardiovascular system at each time point is smooth, the anesthetic propofol and fentanyl dosage decreased significantly in the pure general anesthesiagroup, patients wake up fast and smooth, extubation period without agitation,postoperative analgesic effect is good, will be pain for24h, small adverse reactionssuch as nausea and vomiting.Conclusion: general anesthesia compound hydrochloric acid Ropivacaine withfentanyl mixture bilateral cervical plexus anesthesia for thyroid surgery is relativelyshallow ideal anesthesia and postoperative analgesia, safe application in the clinicalanesthesia.
