Research Background:excessive drinking great harm to the body, especially on the genitourinary system effect. Influence of alcohol on the male reproductive system and the mechanism is not yet clear. Effects of alcohol on the serum sex hormone effects on the domestic and foreign research literature has been reported, but the results are not a; of seminal plasma fructose, seminal plasma zinc impact research reports are few. Effects of alcohol on male rat sexual hormone, seminal plasma fructose, seminal plasma zinc joint research reports. Objective This study is the effect of alcohol on male rat sexual hormones (T, FSH, LH), seminal plasma biochemistry (fructose, zinc) correlation effect.Methods8weeks of age in50healthy male SD rats,150-180g weight. Individually numbered, were randomly divided into five groups, each group10only.The control group, normal diet, distilled water,1ml/only/day gastric perfusion;Low dose (13days) group, a normal diet, liquor1ml/only/day intragastrically administered continuously for13days;High dose (13days) group, a normal diet, liquor2ml/only/day intragastrically administered continuously for13days;Low dose (26days) group, a normal diet, liquor1ml/only/day intragastrically administered continuously for26days;High dose (26days) group, a normal diet, liquor2ml/only/day intragastrically administered continuously for26days.The animal model after specimen collection and production. 1using radioimmunoassay for detection of serum testosterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) content.2by UV method for the detection of seminal plasma fructose content.3using the colorimetric detection of seminal plasma zinc content.4observed correlation index. Results sex hormonesIn1, before the experiment measured between the groups T, FSH, LH content has no significant difference;2,13day drinking group T, FSH, LH content were lower than those of experiment13days before drinking group, and in13days than those in control group with significant difference;3,26day drinking group T, FSH, LH content were lower than those of experiment26days before drinking group, and in26days than those in control group with significant difference;4, low dose (13days) and low dose (26days) group sex hormone levels have not obvious difference;5, high doses (13days) group and high dose (26days) between the groups compared, the difference was not statistically significant;6, before the experiment group and control group,13days26days controls T, FSH, LH content has no significant difference.Seminal plasma fructose, seminal plasma zinc determination results1,13day drinking group of seminal plasma fructose, the zinc content were lower than those of control group13days of binge drinking, and in13days than those in control group with significant difference; 2,26day drinking group of seminal plasma fructose, the zinc content were lower than those of control group26days of binge drinking, and in26days than those in control group with significant difference;3, low dose (13days) and low dose (26days) group of fructose in seminal plasma zinc level, the difference is not statistically significant;4, high doses (13days) group and high dose group (26days) of fructose in seminal plasma zinc level, the difference is not statistically significant.Knot theory:1alcohol in male rat serum testosterone, FSH, LH levels are low.2of alcohol can lead to male rats, reduce the content of fructose in seminal plasma zinc, may on semen quality, density and influence.3the research for alcohol causes male infertility etiology diagnosis treatment to provide certain evidence.
