BackgroundAt present, the western medicine for the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease including drugs and surgery. Anti-arrhythmic drugs less species and have the side effects of inducing arrhythmia, And surgical treatment such as radiofrequency ablation is expensive, high technical content is not easy to popularize. Compared with western medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease has lots of advantages. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Chest obstruction and palpitation has a long history of theoretical foundation and rich clinical-experience. with fewer side effects, lower price and more convenience. Therefore, the combination of development of Chinese and western medicine treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease has significant clinical significance.ObjectiveThrough observation of the treatment of coronary heart disease by tiao-pi-ning-xin Decoction, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and explore the Possible mechanism. And then established the obstruction ofpalpitation treated from the spleen theory.Methods40Patients which diagnosed as arrhythmia of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, therapy group and control group. The control group were treated with the treatment of lipid, antiplatelet, expanding coronary, ventricular rate control for foundation treatment; Those combined the basic disease such as hypertension, diabetes, heart failure, all give corresponding treatment. With the basis of the above treatment, the therapy group were treated with tiao-pi-ning-xin Decoction, one dose daily Po. The treatment lasted for3weeks. ECG,24h holter, clinical symptomatic and TCM syndrome were observed before and after treatmented between the tow groups.ResultsThe comparison of electrocardiogram(ECG) efficacy:After treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was75.0%and the control group was70.0%. There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).The comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy:After treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was85.0%and the control group was45.0%. The treatment group and control group was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). after treatment, TCM symptoms were significantly improved in both groups, but the treatment group had better efficacy than control group.(3) The comparison of TCM score:Before treatment, The tow group in the heart palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, dizziness, fatigue symptoms was no significant difference (P>0.05) and can be compared. After treatment, the treatment group in the heart palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness symptoms compared with control group (P<0.05), had great significant difference. To sum up, the treatment group was better than control group in improving the TCM symptoms.Security analysis:Patients of treatment group and TCM group had no obvious toxic and side effectConclusionTo sum up, Tiao-pi-ning-xin Decoetion could significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and dynamic electrocardiogram, reduced arrhythmia occurrence frequency and the severity of Arrhythmia, No obvious side effects.
