| Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of No.2thoracic obstruction on the sideof Qi deficiency and Blood stasis of coronary heart disease, determine treatmentguidelines TCM herbal paste, and be promoted.Methods:90patients with coronary artery disease in patients with Qi deficiency andBlood stasis were randomly divided into three groups: Control group, decoction groupand cream party group.30cases in each,30days of continuous treatment. Three groupswere given aspirin enteric-coated tablets,medication β-blockers,statins,etc. Decoctiongroup took thoracic obstruction on the2nd square decoction, Paste group took the2ndside thoracic obstruction Paste. TCM symptoms before and after treatment in patients withscore, clinical symptoms and ECG changes.Results:3groups of patients overall clinical efficacy comparison: the control groupthat were45.00%, the total efficiency of80%; decoction group was55%efficiency, thetotal efficiency of95%; cream party group was50%efficiency, the total efficiency of95%. Compared with the control group, treatment group2were significant differences (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group. In terms of safety and adverse events,comparing the two treatment groups and the control group, there was no significantdifference (P>0.05). ECG, quality of life assessment, compared before and aftertreatment, the three groups were significant differences (P <0.01) treatment group andcontrol group differences were statistically significant (P <0.01), in which the cream sideeffects decoction group group no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of Blood stasis in the ointment coronary heart disease have a good effect, no significant adverse reactions, more effective than Western medicinealone,with no significant difference decoction treatment. |
