The NO And Uterine Artery Hemodynamic Effect Of Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System (LNG-IUS)Combined With Yi-Qi-Hua-Yu-Tang In Treating Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy、NO in vessel and uterine artery hemodynamic (PSV、PI、RI) of (LNG-IUS) combined with Yi-Qi-Huo-Xue-Tang in treating Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding, and explore its work mechanism. Expect some guidance in the clinical treatment of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding.MethodsAugust2012to October2013, Gynecology which is belong to first Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the patient was perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding divided into observation group^the control group. Each group has30persons. The treatment group was given LNG-IUS combined with Yi-Qi-Hua-Yu-Tang after completely curettage of uterine cavity in the second month. One dose, po, and qd, for7days.3months for a course. The control group was given LNG-IUS after completely curettage of uterine cavity in the second month. Both groups were given oral antibiotic after LNG-IUS before and after3days. To observation of clinical symptoms before and after treatment-signs, uterine artery hemodynamic (PSV、PI、RI) and NO in vessel.ResultsThe hemoistatic effect of treament group is90%, and73.3%in control group, there is significant difference between them(P<0.05). The bleeding time was shorter, the endometrial thickness was thinner, uterine artery hemodynamic RI and NO in vessel were lower, the changes of the treatment group were significant after treatment (P<0.05), and the difference was significant compared to control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe hemostasis principle of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS) combined with Yi-Qi-Hua-Yu-Tang in treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding (PDUB) was better than the patients who were given LNG-IUS only. In the group of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS) combined with Yi-Qi-Hua-Yu-Tang, the bleeding time was was shorter, the endometrial thickness was thinner, uterine artery hemodynamic RI and NO in vessel were lower. The effect may be achieved through improvement of microcirculation, promotion of endometrial micro-vascular repaired and other relevant factors.
