Objective:The occurrence and development of tumor immunity are inextricably linked, with progression of the tumor, the immune function of the patients with decreased further, suggests that the immune function of patients with malignant tumors may be associated with prognosis. For advanced non small cell lung cancer, palliative chemotherapy is the main treatment method, due to the side effects of chemotherapy, and may further damage the body’s immune function, aggravating illness, drugs, so it is necessary to reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy, chemotherapy combined with protective immunity in order to ensure the smooth completion of chemotherapy, ultimately improve clinical symptoms, improve life quality, prolong the survival time of the objective. Traditional Chinese medicine Chuankezhi can increase the activity of immune cells in mice, and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lung cancer, this study is to observe the effects of Chuankezhi for patients with advanced non small cell lung during chemotherapy, immune function, and to explore the mechanism of Chuankezhi improve clinical symptoms of patients with lung cancer, and provide a theoretical basis for the patients in chemotherapy of Chuankezhi non small cell lung cancer associated with.Method:According to the inclusion criteria were collected from2013April to2014April in our hospital40cases of patients undergoing chemotherapy, IIIb stage IV non small cell lung cancer, were randomly divided into Chuankezhi group of18cases and22cases of chemotherapy group, the two groups were given TP, GP, AP, DP chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, Chuankezhi in the group of chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Chuankezhi4ml, Zusanli acupoint injection,1times a day, starting from the first day of chemotherapy, once every7days for1courses,2courses of treatment. Observation of patients before chemotherapy, chemotherapy for ninth days, Twentieth days, forty-first days CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, B cells, NK cells, Treg, CTL cell count and leukocyte, neutrophil, hemoglobin, platelet count, observation of patients before chemotherapy, chemotherapy and cough for forty-first days, expectoration, shortness of breath symptom, observation of drug the security situation. All data are processed by SPSS17.0.Result:The ninth day of chemotherapy, Chuankezhi group, chemotherapy group the CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, NK cells were significantly higher than before chemotherapy (P<0.05), CD8+, Treg, CTL cells were significantly decreased than before chemotherapy (P<0.05), CD3+, B cells and chemotherapy had no significant difference (P>0.05), all the above indexes can be treated group, asthma chemotherapy group were compared with no significant difference (P>0.05). In the chemotherapy for twentieth days, forty-first days, Chuankezhi group, chemotherapy group the CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, B, NK, Treg cells, CTL cells had no obvious differences and before chemotherapy (P>0.05), and there were no significant differences between two groups (P>0.05) contrast. Chuankezhi chemotherapy for ninth days, Twentieth days, forty-first days of leukocyte, neutrophil marrow suppression always significantly more chemotherapy group, there was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05), hemoglobin, platelet inhibition of bone marrow showed no significant difference in total degree. CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, B cells, NK cells, Treg, changes of tumor size and number of CTL cells had no obvious association (P>0.05). After2course of treatment of Chuankezhi group, chemotherapy group, expectoration, shortness of breath cough symptom score were decreased than that before treatment, cough, expectoration of Chuankezhi group, shortness of breath symptom score reducing rate was significantly higher than the chemotherapy group (P<0.05). Conclusion:1. Short-term application of immune function during chemotherapy could cure for patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer has no obvious improvement.2. Chuankezhi in non small cell lung cancer chemotherapy induced bone marrow suppression has preventive effects.3. Chemotherapy can improve the immune function in the short term, the immune function gradually restored to the level before chemotherapy.4. There was no significant correlation between changes in the size of the lifting and tumor for4, T lymphocyte subsets, NK cells, B cells.5. Chuankezhi can improve the advanced non small cell lung cancer patients of cough, expectoration, shortness of breath symptom.6. Chuankezhi is safe and effective in clinical use, with no obvious side effect. |
