Kick boxing is two people according to certain rules, the use of martial arts in theplay, play, and defense to win the other side of the modern competitive sports,unarmed. At present in ordinary colleges and universities students enthusiasm forKick boxing, in pay attention to improve the quality of teaching and training level ofcolleges and universities have done a lot of research. In the great physiological load ofexercise training, great strength, high density produced in the process is oftenassociated with sports injuries. In this study offer the data, logic analysis and expertinterview, tracking, investigation, mathematical statistics method are studied, such asin Jiangxi normal university institute of science and technology to track a year of Kickboxing training research, visited the Nanchang city in Jiangxi province and universityof Kick boxing coaches and sports injury of relevant experts. According to thecollected data and track athlete training data obtained were analyzed, and the schoolof Jiangxi normal university of science and technology in the Kick boxing trainingsports injury status quo, characteristics, and the training methods are discussed in thispaper, the training and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and thesuggestion, Kick boxing training for ordinary university students so as to prevent orreduce sports injuries, provide scientific theory basis to improve training effect.This research through the comprehensive analysis of the following conclusions:1. Athletes in training damage types are mainly against strike damage, abrasionand contusion, sprains, bumps, acute injury, severe muscle injury, damage, etc.2. According to analysis of athlete injured area, its appear likely size of the head,wrist, ankle, thigh, calf, arm, elbow, waist, knee and testicles.3. According to the nature of the injury of Kick boxing training analysis, the risksize sequence is soft tissue, joints, ligaments, muscles, the waist injury, brain injury,joint and fracture, dislocation, etc.4. According to the damage recovery cycle analysis, its recovery cycle sizefollowed by serious damage, the waist injury, shoulder joint injury, contusion, scratch,etc.5. The damage is the main reason of the damage in common sense, knowledge isnot enough, not enough to prepare activities, to understand their physiological andpsychological state. In the ordinary course of college Kick boxing training advice: attaches greatimportance to the preparation activity; Strengthen the Kick boxing athletes physicalquality, flexibility and agility of practice; Strengthen the easy damage parts and weakparts of the training; Strengthening the standardization of technology; To improve theaccuracy of technical action; Strengthen the athletes of Kick boxing theory, the studyof the theory of Martial arts, sports injury, etc.
