Observation Of Curative Effect Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

ObejectiveIn this study, by selecting the type of blood stasis in patients with DPN and twirling reinforcing and reducing the effects of different methods of acupuncture clinical difference in efficacy, thus representing an objective evaluation of the corresponding point in the treatment QDBS fill method using twisting or reducing method significant effect DPN provide reference for clinical acupuncture treatment DPN.MethodsUsing the method of randomized controlled study, the standard67cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group is mainly based on the use of acupuncture features twisting fill method or reducing method, while the control group all points giving reinforcing-reducing, after5days of continuous therapy for treatment, rest two days, then go to the next course of treatment, to assess the patient’s symptoms, fasting glucose, postprandial2h plasma glucose, sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity and the median nerve, tibialperoneal nerve changes in conduction velocity after four treatments, using t-test for statistical analysis.Results1. Before and after treatment symptoms, impaired fasting glucose, postprand-ial2h plasma glucose, change peroneal nerve median nerve, tibial nerve, sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity was significantly (P<0.05).2. The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.9%, compared with control over group84.4%.3. After treatment, fasting blood glucose and postprandial2h plasma glucose compared with before treatment decreased(P<0.05), and using twisting fill-reducing techniques the regulation of postprandial2h blood glucose than with reinforcing-reducing techniques more obvious(P<0.05).4. Two sets of nerve conduction velocity in the tibial, peroneal nerve sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity has a good effect with the control group improved significantly after treatment compared to the treatment group (P<0.05).ConclusionThrough this study shows that acupuncture twirling reinforcing and reducing method treatment Qixuxueyu DPN significant effect, the premise is to type in the dialectical conditions, to impose twisting fill method or reducing method in the corresponding points can be better improvement in clinical symptoms, relieve pain, numbness, short breath, fatigue and other symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients, while reducing fasting blood glucose, postprandial2h blood glucose,but also improve the extremities middle, tibia, peroneal nerve conduction velocity and no significant adverse reactions. Twirling Reinforcing and Reducing acupuncture in the treatment of this disease has a simple inexpensive test characteristics, dialectical type under the premise of its efficacy is particularly evident, is worthy of further study.
