Research On The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Based On Literature Research

Purpose:This study collected the literature on effective treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Chinese medicine in the past ten years through the CNKI,VIP and other databases,and used Excel and SPSS23.0 software to enter and analyze information such as drugs in the literature.To explore the law of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the past ten years,and to provide scientific basis for future medical treatment of this disease.Materials and methods:The literatures on the effective treatment of this disease by Chinese medicine in the Chinese journal database from January 31,2010 to January 31,2020 were collected,and the database was first established using Microsoft Excel.With single-flavor Chinese medicine as a variable,all Chinese medicines that appeared in the compound were assigned a value of 1,and those that had not appeared were all assigned a value of 0.The frequency and frequency were used to analyze the high-frequency Chinese medicines,and the properties,flavors,meridians and phrases of the traditional Chinese medicines were analyzed.SPSS 23.0 was used to cluster the high-frequency medicines to explore the rules and significance of drug compatibility.Results:A total of 523 articles that met the criteria were screened in this study,involving 222 flavors of Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 5862 times.Twenty commonly used Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 62.04%,are the core drugs for treating this disease.Warm medicine ranked first,followed by cold medicine.The bitterness medicine ranks first,followed by the sweet taste medicine,the ratio of the two is close,and the spicy taste medicine ranks third.The drugs that enter the liver meridian are the most,and those that enter the spleen and stomach meridian are the second.More than 1500 times,more than 25% of the drugs in order are tonic medicine and blood circulation stasis medicine;tonic medicine is led by qi tonic,followed by blood tonic;Huoxue medicine is led to activating blood and regulating menstruation.Conclusions: 1.The core drugs for DPN treatment are 20 kinds of drugs such as Astragalus,angelica,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Caulis Spatholobi,etc.the first eight core drugs have the functions of Invigorating Qi and blood,activating blood and dredging collaterals,which are consistent with the main pathogenesis of the disease.2.The drugs used to treat DPN are mainly warm and cold,with mixed cold and heat,indicating the complexity of the pathogenesis;the drugs are mainly bitter,sweet and spicy;the drugs are mainly the products entering the liver channel,followed by the ones entering the spleen and stomach channel.3.The core drugs for DPN are tonic drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs.The main drugs for tonifying deficiency are Qi tonifying drugs and blood tonifying drugs;the main drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are blood activating and regulating meridians,blood activating and pain relieving drugs.All of them coincide with the pathogenesis of DPN.4.The treatment of DPN can be divided into Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Danggui Sini Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang pill.Those with partial deficiency should use tonic drugs;those with partial dryness and heat should use antipyretic drugs;those with rheumatism and arthralgia should use antipyretic drugs;those with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be used in the whole process;the role of wormwood and rattan drugs in unblocking collaterals should not be ignored.
