A Intervention Effect On Bushentiaochongquyu Fang Combined With Human Chorionic Gonadotropin And Progestin For Early Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Patients Caused By Anti Cardiolipin Antibody Positive

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of bushentiaochongquyu fang combinedwith human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) and progestin on the patients of kidneydeficiency and blood stasis type of early recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) caused byanti cardiolipin antibody (ACA) positive，which include symptoms of traditional Chinesemedicine、the overcast rate of ACA、the success rate of spuc、the level of serum humanchorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and progesterone (P)； To explore the mechanism ofbushentiaochongquyu fang combined with HCG and progestin on kidney deficiency andblood stasis type of early RSA caused by ACA positive，as well as providing objective anddetailed basis for the treatment of bushentiaochongquyu fang combined with HCG andprogestin on kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of early RSA caused by ACA positive。Methods：According to the cluster sampling method,collect50RSA patients caused by earlyACA positive during2012.10~2013.12in gynecological inpatient and outpatient of the firstaffiliated hospital of henan university of TCM.Adopting cluster sampling way,50patientswere divided into the treatment (30cases,took bushentiaochongquyu fang combined withHCG and progestin) and the control group (20cases, took HCG and progestin). Comparedthe integral of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the level of serum β-HCG andP before and after treatment of their own and the comparison between groups, tested theovercast rate of ACA and the success rate of spuc after treatment。Results：The treatment group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral uponexamination, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),so did the control group(P <0.05), and two groups have significant difference during their difference value ((P <0.05). After treatment，the difference of curative effect index distribution between thetreatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatmentgroup ACA turn26people, the effective rate was86.7%; the control group ACA turn12people, the effective rate was60.0%, the difference between two group was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).The treatment group spuc success26People, effective rate was86.7%; the control group spuc success11people, effective rate was55.0%, two groups havesignificant difference (P＜0.05). The level of serum β-HCG and P of the treatment groupbefore and after treatment have significant difference (P＜0.05)，as well as the control grouphave significant difference (P＜0.05)，but there was no significant difference during theirdifference value(P＞0.05)。Conclusion:①T he bushentiaochongquyu Fang combined withHCG and progestin havecurative intervention effect for early recurrent spontaneous abortion patients caused by ACApositive，which can improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type andthe overcast rate of ACA, increase the success rate of spuc;②The bushentiaochongquyuFang combined with HCG and progestin can improving the level of serum β-HCG and P.
