| Objective: In order to prevent and adjust college students’ high-low shoulders,the effectiveness of shoulder reconstructive techniques on shoulders needs to beverified. In this paper, the adjustment mechanism and scientific of martial artsplasty’s adjusting manipulation are explored through various research methods.High-low shoulder troubles the patients’ daily life and work seriously, and even cancause scoliosis. Therefore, it has significant social and economic benefits to explorethe effective and safe methods of treatment actively.Methods: Under the conditions for the visual evaluation of the shoulder asignificant gap between the two sides, there are45undergraduates from ShanghaiUniversity of Sport are selected as subjects at the Shanghai University ofSport. Among the subjects, there are students who suffer littler discomfort, andsome have limited functionality, mobility and no congenital skeletal disease. Thosesubjects are divided into three groups randomly by random grouping software. Twogroups are the intervention groups and have a total of30students. The third one is thecontrol group and has15students. One of the intervention groups adopts martial artsplasty intervention. At the same time, the other group takes intermediate caremassage neck care manual intervention. The intervention period is two week for4times.Results: The students in the two intervention groups have been improved afterthe intervention. In terms of the level and the pain of the shoulder, the group whichadopts martial arts plasty intervention has much better results than the otherintervention group. Compared with the control group which has no significantdifference, the intervention methods adopted by the two intervention groups arereally worked.Conclusions:1,It can effectively relieve the pain, improve the activity of thepatients’ shoulder and greatly reduce the patients’ suffering to adopt the shoulderreconstructive techniques in martial arts plsaty.2. The advantages of martialarts plsaty are to alleviate the patients’ muscle tension and reduce patient’s pain.3. Itachieves the objective to prevent and treat scoliosis by taking the intervention ofmartial arts plsaty on patients’ shoulders. |
