Theoretical Correlation Study On The "Liu He" Of Martial Arts And The Corresponding Acupoint Selection Method For Joints From The Perspective Of Yin-Yang Fish Taiji Diagram

The main objective of this study is to investigate the theoretical correlation between the theory of traditional martial arts and the characteristics of acupoints selection of articular corresponding acupoints method in the context of the Yin-Yang Fish Taiji Diagram,combining the theory of the Liuhe of the traditional martial arts,the theoretic spiral winding characteristics of the Chen Style Taijiquan.By exploring the similarities between traditional martial arts theory and the articular corresponding acupoints method,a new interpretation of the articular corresponding acupoints method based on traditional martial arts theory is provided to a certain degree.By combining the theoretical similarities,the training methods of traditional martial arts can be extracted and organically integrated with articular corresponding acupoints method in clinical practice,so as to provide new ideas for rehabilitation with Chinese characteristics and new methods for the integration of body medicine and medical care.This study was conducted by collecting and organizing the modern literature related to articular corresponding acupoints method in the database of CNKI for the past 20 years(2000-2019),including personal cases,clinical reports,and experimental studies.The subject terms were as follows:articular corresponding acupoints method,corresponding points needling,opposing needling of joints,contralateral needling of joints,selection of same-name channel points.The frequency,meridian and specific points used in articular corresponding acupoints method were comprehensively collected to summarize the characteristics of the acupuncture points.The study of the Liuhe theory was based on reading authoritative and representative books to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data sources.The main books include History of Chinese Traditional Martial Arts,Sun Lutang’s Book of Martial Arts,the Complete Book of Xingyi Quan,the Liuhe-quan Theory,the Xingyi Quan Manual,and the books Chen’s Taijiquan Manual-Theory-Method,Hong Junsheng’s Complete Book of Chen Style Taijiquan,Martial Arts Literature,Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method,and Cui Yishi’s Classic of Taiji.etc.By manual reading method,the literature that meets the requirements is screened and summarized to study the theoretical correlation between martial arts and articular corresponding acupoints method.The regulation of the literature based on articular corresponding acupoints method revealed that it is based on the premise of joint correspondence including the shoulder joints corresponding to the hip joints,the elbow joints corresponding to the knee joints,and the wrist joints corresponding to the ankle joints.On the other hand,it focuses on the correspondence of the same-name channel,but not stick to the correspondence of the same-name channel or acupoints.The biological holographic law provides the theoretical basis for this correspondence.The Wai Sanhe theory of Xingyiquan is similar to that of articular corresponding acupoints method,which emphasizes the correspondence between the joints;The theory of Taijiquan’s Winding Silk Strength is rooted in the Taiji diagram,and the demarcation line of the Taiji diagram can correspond to the midline of the human body,and to a certain extent,it has a unique enlightening effect on the "one source and three differences "of the Conception Vessel Meridian,Governor Vessel Meridian,and Chong Vessel Meridian.By exploring the correlation between the articular corresponding acupoints method,the Liuhe theory and the Taijiquan spiral winding silk,the connotation is actually a different expression of the idea of spatial orientation correspondence in ancient Chinese philosophy on the human body,which is eithor expressed as the acupuncture point selection method,or as the training method in martial arts.By organically integrating the theory of "Wai Sanhe"embodied in traditional martial arts and the theory of "spiral winding silk strength" in Taijiquan,and applying it together with articular corresponding acupoints method,which could inject new vitality into rehabilitation medicine with Chinese characteristics to a certain extent.
