Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the change of EMAb,CA125and VEGF of patients with endometriosis of moist heat and blood stasis syndrome treated by XiaoJi powder, and to explore its mechanism of action.Method:56patients with endometriosis of moist heat and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group of30cases treated with XiaoJi powder and the others treated with capsule of SanJieZhenTong are settled as control group. The clinical symptoms, physical sign and EMAb,CA125,VEGF in peripheral blood are observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group and control group is80%and76.9%respectively. There is no statistical significance between treatment group and control group (P>0.05). There is obvious difference in dysmenorrhea,dyspareunia,pelvic pain in non-menstrual phase and ovarian cyst size between prior and post treatment (P<0.05).The level of CA125and VEGF in peripheral blood decreased obviously after treatment, there is obvious difference between prior and post treatment (P<0.05),while no statistical significance between two groups (P>0.05). There is obvious difference in the negative conversion rate of EMAb between prior and post treatment (P<0.05)Conclusion:XiaoJi powder which treats endometriosis is a safe and effective recipe, it can improve obviously the clinical symptoms and physical sign, in addition, it can decrease the level of CA125and the positive expression of EMAb, strengthen the immune function, it also can decrease the level of VEGF in peripheral blood, so as to inhibit the formation of endometrial toci.
