Shenghuatang With Auricular Application Of Pressure In The Treatment Of Vaginal Bleeding After Medical Abortion In Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To the biochemical treatment medicine soup with auricular application pressure flow after evaluate objectively the curative effect and safety of vaginal bleeding,and summed up the characteristics and experience of Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease and the understanding to explore a safe, effective, less pain, simple and economic new treatments, improve the clinical curative effect. Methods:Choosing120cases of pregnancy patients49days or less, aged between18to40, and in accordance with the principle of randomization divided into4groups. Control the number of cases in treatment group and the three groups were for30cases. Control group:using antibiotics alone, treatment group I using antibiotic and auricular application pressure treatment, treatment group II using antibiotics and Shenghuatang, treatment groupIII using the antibiotics, Shenghuatang and auricular application pressure treatment together. Four groups of patients strictly medicine drug delivery time during treatment.The treatment is7days, and after7days the treatment integral assessment of symptoms and signs, and return visit, determine the curative effect. Results:Four groups total effective rate were86.6%,74.2%,73.3%,46.7%.And the four groups of the total curative effect after statistical comparison shows that the treatment groups of three different methods can improve the clinical symptoms. And combining the treatment groups to the control group, there are statistically significant (P<0.05); The treatment group I between treatment group III, the treatment group â…¢ between treatment group II have significant difference (P<0.05). Results show that the Shenghuatang with auricular application pressure method, comparing with the use of Shenghuatang or auricular application in improving the clinical symptoms in patients has a better effect. From vaginal haemorrhage amount, four groups, compared to two show that treatment group II and treatment group I has no statistical significance,(P=1.00>0.05), The comparisons show that they all have statistically significances, because of the P<0.05. The results show that the Shenghuatang with auricular application pressure, simple Shenghuatang, or pure auricular application pressure to a certain extent, can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, and the Shenghuatang with auricular application pressure has the optimal effect of all. Conclusion: Shenghuatang with auricular application pressure can effectively improve vaginal bleeding time after medicine flows long clinical symptoms, clearly reduce vaginal haemorrhage amount; Using Shenghuatang or using auricular application pressure simply for improving patient clinical symptoms of vaginal bleeding after medicine flows curative effect is good, but compared with both together with them to reduce the effect on bleeding time and blood loss is a bit poor.
