Blood Activing Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Vaginal Bleeding After Medical Abortion

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion YaoLiuJing Pellet in the treatment of drug particles, evaluation of net to shorten the vaginal bleeding and promote recovery of menstruation clinical effectiveness, reducing vagina bleeding after drug abortion. And to explore its mechanism, provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:from August to2013in2012February in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Department of gynaecology hospital for medical abortion patients were randomly divided into the medicine net particle group, blank group, two groups of35cases. The two groups were on the first, two days morning8oral mifepristone50mg,10PM oral mifepristone25mg, before and after medication were fasting for2hours, the third day at8in the morning fasting meal served misoprostol600ug, stay in hospital for observation for6hours. Fetal bursa excluded by experimental record detailed records of abortion and Qi deficiency blood stasis and symptom score. Medical shedding net granule group was treated with Medicine Net pellet orally,2times a day, for5days; the two group and intravenous mezlocillin sodium/sulbactam sodium for injection3.75g, Bid, QD for3days, those who are allergic to mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium, ceftazidime, use2G, Qd, QD for3days, prevention of postoperative infection.Statistical methods:The data all data are used SPSS17statistical processing. Quantitative indicators were compared using the paired test, analysis of variance using independent sample test and comparison between groups, qualitative index is mainly used for test or rank sum test. All statistical tests were two-sided test, P<0.05, with statistical significance.Results:1.Clinical abortion rate of two groups:Medical shedding net group complete abortion rate was94.29%, the rate of complete abortion blank group74.3%, two groups of abortion rate difference has statistics significance (P<0.05).2.Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect before and after drug evaluation index: net square group and blank group of Chinese medicine symptom integral difference is respectively14.58,3.17,12.043.90, in improving the TCM medicine net group, the clinical total effective rate was97%, the blank group, the total efficiency of76.9%, two group of Chinese medicine symptom improvement situation difference there was statistically significant (P<0.05).3.The bleeding time:Medical shedding net group, blank group vaginal bleeding days were6.39±2.22days,8.35±2.65days, two groups of the vaginal bleeding time difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. the vaginal hemorrhagic amount:the complete abortion patients, after medicine flows is usually less menstrual bleeding, medicine net Party group78.8%, control group46.2%, two groups of the vaginal bleeding time had significant difference.5. recovery of menstruation:menstrual recovery days to Medicine Net Party group and blank group were28.76soil2.50days,31.23soil6.92days after drug abortion menstrual days, an average of4.91±1.49days,6.65,3.05days, two groups was statistically significant difference between menstrual days (P<0.05). And in the days of no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05) menstrual recovery.Conclusion:(1) medical shedding net can accelerate fetal bursa eduction, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion, bleeding time, facilitating menstruation on schedule.(2) the pathological state of flow net can significantly improve patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis medicine, with Replenishing Qi and blood, uterine contraction pain Paiyu, detoxification of reactive.(3) the vagina bleeding after medicine flows net treatment drug mechanism may be related to the smooth muscle of uterus, anti infection inflammation, hemostasis, promote the repair of endometrial and decidual degeneration, necrosis of villi or related.(4) net is a prescription drug safety, effective, no obvious side effect, further development of clinical drug abortion has stimulative effect, is worthy of clinical use.
