| Objective:Analysis Moyu County in Xinjiang Uyghur women with cervical tissue pathological diagnosis≥CIN II disease high risk factors and study the high-risk group to provide the theoretical basis for prevention and cure of cervical cancer and its precancerous disease.Methods:According to Moyu county geographical location, population distribution, economic status, randomly selected four townships plus a town of married women21-60years5,000people for the survey, the use of interviews conducted a questionnaire survey of women’s basic information, gynecological examination, TCT detection, care HPV detection. The care HPV positive,TCT results for ASCUS or more lesions with AGC all use cervical biopsy under colposcope.Age, habits, obstetrical history, age of first sexual intercourse and other information for single factor and multiple factors analysis of Pathological results CIN II level and above (including CINⅡ and CGIN) women. Results:(1)5000women.421cases was HPV positive, the percentage of HPV positive was8.4%, it was higher of45years old of HPV-positive rate,222cases were TCT (as ASCUS or more, including ASCUS and AGC) positive, the percentage of TCT positive was4.4%;545cases were HPV and TCT an arbitrary positive, the percentage of positive was10.9%.(2) Single factor analysis showed that the woman’s age, HPV infection, different marriage times associated with the occurrence of≥CIN II disease, and are statistically significant. HPV infection, increasing age, the number of marriage would increase the likelihood of cervical lesions.(3) Multiple factor analysis, the woman’s age and HPV infection related with different grade CIN, and were statistically significant. Conclusions:(1) This study shows that women over the age of45and higher have the high rate of infection of HPV and≥CIN II disease, that high-risk HPV-positive women need to be alert to the presence of cervical precancerous lesions and even cancer.(2) Age and HPV infection were the risk factors for women may be≥grade CIN II high-risk groups,who should be the focus of screening population. |
