| Objective:Compare the difference of different strength MR’s diagnostic performance in breast disease though image qualityã€imaging findings and so onMethods:154patients randomized to2groups, respectively underwent1.5T and3.0T general MR(1.5T:90,3.0T:64).Two radiologists appraise image qualityã€determine ADCã€evaluate imaging findings and assess BI-RADS by blind method. Pathological findings as the gold standard are compared with these results. On the basis of these, evaluate the difference of different strength MR’s diagnostic performance in breast disease.Reasults:The image quality of different strength MR (group1.5T and3.0T) has no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Use ADC of different strength MR’focus made ROC.The maximum Youden’ index was taken as cut-off.This value was used as ADC diagnostic threshold determination of benign and malignant and the value was1.24×10-3mm2/sã€1.07×10-mm2/s. Judge the nature of breast lesions by this, make ROC.The area under the ROC curve (AUC) is0.829ã€0.859,the sensitivity were88.46%ã€71.79%, the specificity were77.27%ã€100%, the accuracy were85.14%ã€76.09%, the positive predictive value were90.20%ã€100%, the negative predictive value were73.91%ã€38.89%. Judge the nature of breast lesions by BI-RADS, pathological findings as the gold standard, make ROC, the AUC is0.700ã€0.712, the sensitivity were73.75%ã€97.87%, the specificity were93.75%ã€44.44%, the accuracy were79.17%ã€83.08%, the positive predictive value were98.33%ã€82.14%, the negative predictive value were41.67%ã€88.89%.Conclusion:The image quality of different strength MR(group1.5T and3.0T)has no statistically significant difference. The diagnostic performance in evaluating breast disease’s benign or malignant of3.0T MR is superior to1.5T MR on the basis of ADC and BI-RADS. Comparative Study of1.5T General MR and Dedicated1.5T Breast MR’s Diagnostic Value in Breast DiseaseObjective:Compare the difference of1.5T general MR and dedicated1.5T breast MR (Aurora MR)’s diagnostic performance in breast disease though image quality〠imaging findings and so onMethods:282patients randomized to2groups, respectively underwent1.5T general MR and dedicated1.5T breast MR (1.5T:90, Aurora:194).According to the MR imaging, Two radiologists appraise image qualityã€evaluate imaging findings and assess BI-RADS by blind method.Pathological findings as the gold standard are compared with these results. On the basis of these, evaluate the difference of1.5T general MR and dedicated1.5T breast MR’s diagnostic performance.Reasults:The image quality of group1.5T general MR and dedicated1.5T breast MR has no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Judge the nature of breast lesions by BI-RADS, pathological findings as the gold standard, make ROC, the AUC is0.700ã€0.804, the sensitivity were73.75%ã€95.45%, the specificity were93.75%〠65.42%, the accuracy were79.17%ã€78.97%, the positive predictive value were98.33%ã€69.42%, the negative predictive value were41.67%ã€94.59%.Conclusion:The image quality of group1.5T general MR and dedicated1.5T breast MR has no statistically significant difference. The diagnostic performance in evaluating breast disease’s benign or malignant of dedicated1.5T breast MR is superior to1.5T MR. |
