| After decades of careful scientific research,scientists have acquired sufficientscientific evidence that drug addiction is a chronic,relapsing brain disease rather thanvices like ordinary theft,robbery,and even murder crimes.Due to addicts use thepsychotropic substances for a long-term,making them serious damage on thestructure and function of the brain,which makes them don’t be able to controlbehavior in their will.Serious drug addiction destroys the individual’s physical andmental health, and can easily lead to family breakdown, has become a serioussocial problem affecting social harmony and stability.Three therapy of medication,psychotherapy and surgery is the treatment for drug addiction at home and abroadhave generally adopted solution,and these three types of therapy effect of virus-freeis fine,but for psychological dependence caused by the treatment,as well as issuessuch as how to effectively prevent relapse,there is no better solution.In addition,patients in the process of undergoing treatment of all three programs will inevitablybear some risk,easily making "hurt" physically and psychologically destroyed evenfurther, which led to public and academic debate.Based on the methods of literature review,combined with the background,comprehensively summarized the social ethics problems caused by drug addictiontreatment,including security issues,compulsory treatment,patients’ rights andinterests protection issues and the issue of doctor-patient relationship.In meticulousfinishing on these issues and on the basis of in-depth analysis,try seeking in drugaddiction treatment need to follow a number of principles:principle of informedconsent,principle of liability,principle of Justice and the principle of patientinterests.Proposed drug addiction treatment in the future need to comply with thesolutions of ethics,which is to ensure that ethical norms of science and rationality,must strictly prevent the commercialization and establish ethics committees of drugaddiction treatment,that increasing the intensity of ethical review.Purpose of thispaper is to study the ethical problems caused by drug addiction treatment,in order tofurther regulate the whole process of drug addiction treatment,so as to maximize their risk-averse,guaranteed rights and better services for patients,families,andsociety.... |
