From prototype to the clinical, endoscopic laparoscopic experienced a long period of time, Today, laparoscopic surgery in clinical surgical departments have been skillfully applied, Due to Laparoscopic surgery’s little bleeding, less injury, better recovery, few time stay on the bed, especially beautiful cutout to the majority of female friends are a gospel, but also at the same time is the diagnosis and treatment for the other pelvic disease. Such as ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis. for the above advantages, laparoscopic surgery has been more and more accepted by physicians and patients in Gynecology, with the Gynecologic Laparoscopy has been used more and more skilled in clinical, surgical indications also relaxed a lot in some extents, the kinds of surgery also increased than before, and also increased the difficulty of surgery; the current status of our country in Gynecology is:those who can be completed at laparotomy conditions gynecological surgery, almost can be done in the laparoscopic operation. such as hysterectomy, radical hysterectomy, ovarian cancer, compared with radical surgery, laparoscopy has its own shortcomings. for example, when a hysterectomy, Postoperative bleeding, infection and bleeding stump is not much difference, but related to the damage of electrically operated, the risk of minimally invasive is greater than open way, there are four ways for laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery that laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery (LSH), laparoscopic hysterectomy sheath (LISH), laparoscopicallyassisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH), peritoneal mirror hysterectomy (LTH), each way also has its own surgical indications and complications that other surgical procedures do not have; but for the four common surgical complications, the most common and most serious injury is the ureter and bladder injuries, once happened, it usually bring great inconvenience and sufferings to the sick person, Therefore, how to choose the right laparoscopic hysterectomy indications and prevent its complications is very important. In this paper, various laparoscopic hysterectomy surgical indications and a number of the complications related issues will be reviewed.
