Objectives:By comparing and analyzing the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and traditional open hysterectomy,the clinical effects,advantages,disadvantages,safety and feasibility of these two surgical methods were discussed,and the data basis for clinical work was provided.Methods:A total of 240 patients who underwent hysterectomy in the First People’s Hospital of Tai’an from February 2014 to July 2017 were enrolled.According to the surgical procedure,99 patients underwent open hysterectomy(open group)and transvaginal hysterectomy group 96 For example,45 patients underwent laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(laparoscopic group).The average age,uterine volume,type of disease,history of previous pelvic surgery,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,and complications of the three groups of surgical methods were performed.Statistical analysis.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 12.0 software.Measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation,and t-test was used for comparison between groups.P < 0.05 was considered to be significant.Results:In the hysterectomy of the three surgical methods: transabdominal,vaginal,and laparoscopic assisted vaginal surgery,the results showed: the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative anal exhaust time,hospitalization expenses,and Complications and other aspects were significantly better than the open group(P<0.05).The LAVH group had certain advantages in terms of postoperative hospital stay,postoperative exhaust time and complications(P<0.05).However,the operation time is longer,the amount of bleeding during surgery is higher,and the hospitalization expenses are relatively increased.Conclusion:1.Each of the three approaches for hysterectomy surgery has its own indications,advantages and disadvantages.Wishes of the individual patient,the doctor’s surgical experience,medical equipment,etc.should be taken into consideration comprehensively under the premise of the safety and effectiveness of the surgery when choosing surgical approach for the patients.2.considering the advantages and disadvantages of all the surgery ways,vaginal surgery is the best choice in the case of contraindication of non-viginal surgery,which can be regarded as the preferred surgery way to cut off uterus.3.The gynecologist ought to be reinforced in the training of the laparoscope and the experience in minimally invasive operation so as to minimize the wounds of the patient and enhance the operation quality.And the application of the minimally invasive operation shall be further expanded.
