Objective:Through investigation and research, in-depth understanding of the working status of clinical nurses with the full-time bachelor, upgraded and junior college in the first-class hospitals of Nanning City, especially the hierarchical status, combined with the background of the new medical reform, how to solve reasonable allocation of nursing human resources optimization, hierarchical using of nurses, so as to avoid the loss of nursing talents, to ensure the stability and long-term development of nursing team, promote the implementation of the new medical reform.Method:By cluster sampling method, using the general information questionnaire, the questionnaire of working status of clinical nurses and competency inventory for registered nurse survey of 589 clinical nurses of 13 first-class hospitals in Guangxi, Nanning.Result:(1) The questionnaire of working status of clinical nurses:the total score of working status of upgraded nurses more than the total score of working status of the full-time bachelor nurses more than the total score of working status of junior college nurses, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); in the 3 dimensions of "nursing work characteristics and recognition, work recognition by others, interpersonal relationship", the score of upgraded nurses more than the score of junior college nurses more than the score of the full-time bachelor nurses; in the dimensions of "job autonomy", the score of upgraded nurses more than the score of the full-time bachelor nurses more than the score of junior college nurses; in the 2 dimensions of "teaching and research opportunities, personal professional development opportunities", the score of the full-time bachelor nurses more than the score of upgraded nurses more than the score of junior college nurses, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); in the 2 dimensions of "schedule, benefits", there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).(2) Competency inventory for registered nurse:the total score of nursing core competence of the full-time bachelor nurses more than the total score of nursing core competence of upgraded nurses more than the total score of nursing core competence of junior college nurses, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); in the 5 dimensions of "critical thinking and scientific research ability, leadership, ethical and legal practice, professional development, education and counseling", the score of the full-time bachelor nurses more than the score of upgraded nurses more than the score of junior college nurses, in the dimensions of "interpersonal relationship", the score of upgraded nurses more than the score of junior college nurses more than the score of the full-time bachelor nurses, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); in the dimensions of" clinical nursing ", there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1) The overall performance of working status of the full-time bachelor nurses inferior to upgraded nurses, some aspects including occupation identity need to be further strengthened;(2) The overall performance of working status of the full-time bachelor nurses better than junior college nurses;(3) The overall performance of nursing core competence of the full-time bachelor nurses better than upgraded and junior college nurses obviously, but no significant difference in clinical nursing;(4) After upgraded continuing education, clinical nurses’comprehensive quality was improved, the overall performance of working status has been significantly improved, and the nursing core competence was strengthened;(5) Nursing administrators need to increase the intensity of hierarchical using, promote the reasonable process of post responsibilities and arrangements, to reduce the turnover rate of the full-time bachelor clinical nurses, to ensure the stability and long-term development of nursing team.
