Two groups respectively to the nano silver antibacterial gel and 1% sulfadiazine silver cream treatment, Every other day at a time, by comparing the two groups of children with bacterial infection, the healing time of the wound, The nano silver antibacterial gel with 1% sulfadiazine silver cream to evaluate the clinical effect of.Results:in group A and group B:(1) bacteria culture:group A with wound germiculture positive 6 cases, positive rate of 10.7%; 13 cases of group B with wound germiculture positive, positive rate of 25.0%; P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant.
