Methods: Select 130 six-months-old healthy male SD rats with the average weight of 200g±10g.Divide them into two groups randomly,namely non-mode-built group and model- built group.Non-mode-built group include sham operation group(group F) and normal group(group G).Model-built group are ligated in the left renal artery to cause the stenosis( "two kidney one clip method").Sham operation group undergo the same operation with model-built group except the non-causing stenosis in the left renal artery after separating.Two weeks after operation,give them Aconite Decoction by intragastric administration and irritate them frequently for four weeks to build the model of Hyperactivity of liver Yang which belong to one of the types in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) for hypertension.Then divide the RHR(Hyperactivity of live Yang) into five groups,namely Gastrodia andUncaria decoction add Expelling-wind Drug(Notopterygium 〠Ligusticum wallichii)group(group A) ã€Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction group(group B)〠Kato Pury group(group C) ã€Expelling-wind Drug(Notopterygiumã€Ligusticum wallichii)group(group D)〠non-drug group(group E)。Give them different drugs according to its group one time a day by intragastric administration. Atter 4 weeks,compare SBP ã€LVWIã€hypertrophy myocardial ã€Ang II ã€ALDã€CRP and the excessive expression of TNFα among seven groups.Results: 1ã€Observation:After the administration,the rats of group Aã€Bã€Cã€D become not so easy to be irritated, and their hair began to have luster,especially group A. But the rats in group E still had no change,in other words their condition became more worse.2ã€BP:â‘ The 130 rats have the average normal SBP namely(110.59±6.129)mm Hg.â‘¡The SBP of the RHR(Hyperactivity of liver Yang) began to increase after operation gradually.They all reached the SBP level of RHR.The rats’ SBP in model-built group was higher than the sham operation group obviously which had the statistical significance.( P<0.05) â‘¢After administration, the SBP of group Aã€Bã€C began to decrease gradually, especially group A. On the contrary,the SBP of group E stayed at a high level without decreasing.The differences between group E and group Aã€Bã€C had the statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between group A and group Fã€G(P>0.05).Group A surpassed group Bã€C in the degree of SBP decreasing(P<0.05).The overall mean 95% confidence interval of the degree of SBP decreasing:group A(30.95--39.05)mm Hg;group B:(8.12-11.11)mm Hg;C 组(7.74-- 10.83)mm Hg.The differences between group Bã€C had no statistical significance(P>0.05).So did group Dã€E.3ã€LVWI:The differences among group Aã€Bã€Cã€Dã€Eã€Fã€G had no statistical significance.(P>0.05).4ã€Serological examination:â‘ Al D:The differences between Group A and group Fã€G had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The level of ALD in group A was lower than group Bã€Cã€D(P<0.05).And the differences among Group Bã€Cã€D had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The level of ALD in group Aã€Bã€Cã€D were all lower than group E(P<0.05).The overall mean 95% confidence interval was as fllows:group A(472.05--574.75)pg/ml;group B(1085.04--1444.96)pg/ml;group C(1359.81--1746.91)pg/ml;group D(987.73--1235.99)pg/ml。②Ang II:The differences between Group A and group Fã€G had no statistical significance(P>0.05).So did group Dã€G(P>0.05).And so did group Aã€D(P>0.05).The level of Ang II in group Aã€Bã€Cã€D was lower than group E(P<0.05).â‘¢CRP:The differences among group Aã€Bã€Cã€Dã€Eã€Fã€G had no statistical significance.(P>0.05)5ã€hypertrophy myocardial :There were 6.7% pathological section of myocardium could see the hypertrophic cells in in group A.And there were 30.7%ã€28.5%ã€28.5% hypertrophic cells could be seen in group Bã€Cã€D respectively.But there were a lot of hypertrophic cells which thickening, elongated, with round or oval nuclear and hyperchromatic nuclei,or had branches accounted for 85.7% among the pathological section of myocardium in group E. There were only normal cells in group Fã€G.The differences between group Aã€E had thestatistical significance(P<0.05),And there was no statistical significance between group A and group Fã€G(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance among group Bã€Cã€Dã€E about the differences.(P>0.05)6.TNFα: Under optical microscope, the expression of TNFα will show the yellow granules and brownish yellow granules representing strong expression. There were only 6.7% pathological section of myocardium which had the yellow granules in group A.But in group E there were 100% section had a lot of brownish yellow granules.The differences between group A and group E had statistical significance(P<0.05).But the differences between group A and group Fã€G had no statistical significance(P>0.05).So did group Bã€Cã€Dã€E(P>0.05). Conclusion: 1ã€Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction add Expelling- wind Drug(Notopterygium 〠Ligusticum wallichii) can decrease the SBP of RHR(Hyperactivity of liver Yang) effectively which Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction can not match.
