The Clinical Research Of Golden Cream Paste Combining Far Infrared Ray Bellyband For The Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:The aim of this research is to appraise the effectiveness of the improved external treatment, which golden cream paste combining far infrared ray bellyband for the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, by observing its clinical curative effect for the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:90 cases of sequelae of PID were randomly divided into three groups. The 35 cases of test group were treated by golden cream paste and far infrared ray bellyband, the 30 cases of control group were treated by far infrared ray bellyband, and the remaining 25 patients of positive control group were treated by golden powder topical and TDP lamp irradiation. Each group takes Fuyankangfu tablets orally at the same time. Treatment continued for two courses, and each course of treatment for 10 days, stopped treatment when menstruation. According to the schedule for signs and symptoms, we recorded all patients’scores of signs and symptoms before and after two courses’treatment, and calculated the curative effect index, which were the standards used to compare the differences of therapeutic efficacy. Results:The total efficiency of the test group on comprehensive curative effect was 88.57%, the recovered patients were 8, the patients who were markedly improved were 10, the effective patients were 13, the invalid patients were 4. The total efficiency of the control group on comprehensive curative effect was 60%, the recovered patients were 3, the patients who were markedly improved were 6, the effective patients were 9, the invalid patients were 12. The total efficiency of the positive control group on comprehensive curative effect was 84%, the recovered patients were 5, the patients who were markedly improved were 8, the effective patients were 8,the invalid patients were 4.The total efficiency of the test group on symptom curative effect was 94.3%, the recovered patients were 11, the patients who were markedly improved were 10, the effective patients were 12,the invalid patients were 2.The total efficiency of the control group on symptom curative effect was 60%, the recovered patients were 11, the patients who were markedly improved were 7, the effective patients were 0,the invalid patients were 2.The total efficiency of the positive control group on symptom curative effect was 88%, the recovered patients were 11, the patients who were markedly improved were 8, the effective patients were 3,the invalid patients were 3.The total efficiency of the test group on local physical sign effect was 77.1%, the recovered patients were 4, the patients who were markedly improved were 8, the effective patients were 15,the invalid patients were 8.The total efficiency of the control group on local physical sign effect was 76.7%, the recovered patients were 3, the patients who were markedly improved were 3, the effective patients were 17,the invalid patients were 7.The total efficiency of the positive control group on local physical sign effect was 92%, the recovered patients were 5, the patients who were markedly improved were 9, the effective patients were 9,the invalid patients were 2.There were significant statistical differences in the comprehensive curative effects and syndrome effects between test group and control group.This research indicates that the clinical efficacy of golden cream paste combine far infrared ray bellyband for the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is mainly reflected in the improved of comprehensive curative effect and syndrome effects. And the curative effect of test group is better than the control group for the treatment of sequelae of PID.This study used golden cream paste and far infrared ray bellyband for the treatment of sequelae of PID, which is a kind of improved external treatment, and reflects the characteristics of simple and inexpensive, which can be extended in the clinical.
