The Analysis Of Acupoints’ Resistance In Patients With Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands Of Stagnation Of Liver-Qi Type

ObjectiveThis study used the tool of DMS meridian detector to measure the acupoints resistance of stagnation of Liver-Qi type of hyperplasia of mammary glands patients. Through the analysis of the data in order to observe the law of the twelve meridians’characteristics, and further provides one more method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods50 subjects who met the inclusion criteria of hyperplasia of mammary glands and stagnation of Liver-Qi type were treated as one group. The 24 Yuan acupoints’resistance of all subjects who come from the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM were measured by Digital Meridian System(DME). After all the measure, analyse the data using SPSS 19.0, and discuss the twelve meridians’characteristics.ResultsCompared the measured data with paired T test,except the stomach meridian, meridian values of the other 11 meridians were significantly different between left and right side.Compared the measured data with group T test, the difference was statistically significant include:double side of lung meridian and large intestine meridian pericardium meridian and triple energizer meridian, the right of spleen meridian and stomach meridian;double side of lung meridian and spleen meridian, left side of stomach meridian and large intestine meridian、small intestine meridian and bladder meridian、pericardium meridian and liver meridian, the right of tripe energizer meridian and bravery meridian;the left liver meridian and left lung meridian、left large intestine meridian、left heart meridian、left pericardium meridian、left triple energizer meridian, the right liver meridian and right large intestine meridian, right triple energizer meridian.Among the 50 cases, the liver to the acupoints resistance normal in 6 cases, accounted for 12%; At least one side rise in 33 cases, accounted for 66%; On one side reduce, the other side of the normal or both lower than normal in 11 cases, accounting for 22%. The kidney acupoints resistance normal in 4 cases, accounted for 8%; At least one side resistance reduce in 23 cases, accounted for 46%. The stomach to the acupoints resistance on one or double side are normal, a total of 33 cases;Raise the one side and the other side was lower only 3 cases, accounting for 6%;Both sides reduced in 10 cases, accounting for 20%; Both sides have the increased 4 cases, accounting for 8%. Spleen to the acupoints resistance normal in 7 cases, accounting for 14%; At least one side resistance increase in 37 cases, accounted for 74%.ConclusionLiver-qi stagnation type of hyperplasia of mammary glands patients except the stomach, the rest of the 11 meridians are obvious about imbalances. Double side of lung meridian and large intestine meridian, pericardium meridian and triple energizer meridian, the right of spleen meridian and stomach meridian;double side of lung meridian and spleen meridian, left side of stomach meridian and large intestine meridian、small intestine meridian and bladder meridian pericardium meridian and liver meridian, the right of tripe energizer meridian and bravery meridian;the left liver meridian and left lung meridian、left large intestine meridian、left heart meridian、left pericardium meridian、left triple energizer meridian, the right liver meridian and right large intestine meridian、right triple energizer meridian have obvious difference.Liver-qi stagnation type of hyperplasia of mammary glands patients acupoints resistance performance of elevated in liver meridian and spleen meridian, only a small part of acupoints resistance were normal in kidney meridian, mostly one or both sides of the increase or decrease. most for one side or both sides of the stomach meridian acupoint resistance in the normal range.
