| Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture by means of conditioning Jueyin combined with wax therapy and oral Xiaoyao pill alone in the treatment of hyperplasia of the mammary glands(HMG)patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome,to provide objective basis for acupuncture by means of conditioning Jueyin combined with wax therapy treat this disease.Methods:64 patients with HMG patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome, using random number table, divided into observation group and control group, with 32 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture by means of conditioning Jueyin combined with wax therapy, once a day,for 5 consecutive days and 2 days rest,10 times per menstrual cycle; The control group was treated with oral Xiaoyao pills alone,8 pills each time,3 times a day, after meals, for 10 days in each menstrual cycle. Both groups were treated from the first day after purification for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.VAS score, maximum diameter of breast mass and symptom score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment, and evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in general data,VAS score, symptom score and maximum diameter of breast mass between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.97%.Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of VAS score: After treatment, both groups could reduce VAS score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of maximum diameter of breast mass: Both groups could reduce the maximum diameter of breast mass after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of symptom scores: After treatment, both groups could reduce each symptom score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in terms of reducing breast pain, lumps, emotional abnormalities and two-side swelling scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of reducing the score of abnormal menstruation, the two groups had similar efficacy, but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Both acupuncture by means of conditioning Jueyin combined with wax therapy and oral Xiaoyao Pills have clinical effects, and the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with wax therapy is higher;2.Acupuncture by means of conditioning Jueyin combined with wax therapy may be more effective than oral Xiaoyao Pills in reducing VAS score;3.Acupuncture by means of conditioning Jueyin combined with wax therapy may be more effective than oral Xiaoyao pills in reducing the maximum diameter of breast mass;4.Acupuncture by means of conditioning Jueyin combined with wax therapy may be more effective than oral Xiaoyao pills in reducing the score of symptoms(except the score of abnormal menstruation); In terms of reducing the score of abnormal menstruation, the two groups had similar efficacy. |
