ObjectiveBased on 165 cases of threatened abortion hospitalized patients age, onset seasons, Previous health status, Clinical pattern, Gestational age, clinical symptoms were analyzed, the study focuses on patient of TCM syndrome distribution pattern and provides the reference for the clinical syndrome differentiation.MethodsAccording to diagnosis standard of threatened abortion, collecting a total of threatened abortion patients 165 cases in gynaecology and obstetrics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in-patient department. According to the cases of syndrome diagnosis, and Statistics on cases symptoms, and the establishment of Excel database. The database was finished by statal2.0 and SPSS17.0 statistical software, According to the descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis on the clinical syndromes.ResultsIn this study,There were 1 patients at the age of 21 years,100 patients 21 to 30 years,60 patients 30 to 40 years,4 patients 40 to 50 years, were 0.61%,60.61%,36.36%,2.42%. There were 70 patients in Autumn onset (42.42%), thereamong Autumnal Equinox in 19 cases (ll.52%), Stopping the heat. Syndrome of deficiency of the kidney and roughly the same as symptoms of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney, Spleen deficiency syndrome about nausea vomiting and diarrhea are less than speen-kidney dificiency. The main clinical manifestations of Kidney deficiency with blood stasis syndrome is dim red tongue, apart from colporrhagia, backache, abdominal pain, the main color of the bleeding is pale red. The main clinical manifestations of Syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood heat syndrome is colporrhagia, moreover the colporrhagia is the amount of bleeding and repetitiousness, and the main color of the bleeding isdim red, the characteristics of Picture of the Tongue is red tongue with yellowish fur, pulse tracings is Slippery and rapid pulse. The main clinical manifestations of blood-heat syndrome is colporrhagia, and the main color of the bleeding is fuchsia, And is largely associated with bacterial infection dizzy、headache、bellyache soreness of waist, yellow fur and Slippery and rapid pulse. The clinical manifestations of Weakness of qi and blood syndrome is bellyache, soreness of waist,colporrhagia, lassitude, diarrhea, insomnia, white torgue coating and small and weak pulse.By the factor analysis of syndrome elements of the disease mainly related to false, deficiency-cold, heat, stagnation of qi and stasis, and to "empty". The main clinical manifestations is colporrhagia.The clinical syndromes Dominated by false, Mainly related to speen-kidney dificiency, kidney dificiency, Kidney deficiency and blood heat, Kidney deficiency with blood stasis, deficiency of QI and blood, also can be represented as hot real. The main symptoms are vaginal bleeding, the color of bleeding is light red、dimmed or deep red, Abdominal pain,soreness of waist, abdominal distension, Nausea vomiting, anorexia, loose stool and so on. Summary of the six clinical syndrome could provide reference for TCM diagnosis, treatment and prevent of this disease.
