The Study On The Prescriptions And Syndromes Of The Modern Applications About The Decoction Of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Base On Data Mining Technology

ObjectiveThis paper mainly on the prescriptions and syndromes of the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu to clarify the rule and master the indications in order to provide clinical curative effect and guide the clinical application.MethodsBy collecting a large number of modern basis about the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu, and formulate the corresponding inclusion criteria to collect basis. And then specificat the selected name of disease, etiology, symptoms, tongue and pulse condition, and the name of the drug normalized processing. Then set up the modern basis database and use the statistical methods and data mining to analysis the decoction, etiology, onset age, basic symptoms and tongue veins of the Guizhishaoyaozhim. Such as frequency analysis and clustering analysis. So that we can inductive the prescriptions and syndromes of the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu.ResultsBy analysising of the 187 cases of modern basis about the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu we can got the following points. (1)The major causes are wind-cold-dampness pathoge. (2)The major mechanism of disease are cold-heat complex and impediment disease of deficiency viscus. (3)The major efficacy are dissipating cold, wind and dampness, clearing heat. (4)The indication disease is the pattern of arthralgia. It also used to treat the pains such as low back pain, headache,menstrual period abdominal pain and toothache, ect. In the modern medicine, it mostly used to treat the limb pain diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, rheumaticfever, sciatica, periarthritis and gouty arthritis. (5)The indication symptoms:The basic symptoms include the limb joint swelling pain, activity limitations, encounter cold, rainy day symptom aggravating, red tongue, thin tongue coating,white tongue coating, greasy tongue coating, deep pulse, thready pulse and rapid pulse. The secondary symptoms include the local red, bad cold, fever, poor appetite, tired,thirst,the warm can reduce symptom, numbness, cold limbs, asthma, dizzy, tongue light, yellow tongue coating, stringy pulse,slippery pulse. (6)Most of the additional drugs include the wind-dampness-di spell ing medicinal, blood-activating medicinal, reinforce the healthy qi medicinal, clear-heating medicinal ect. The commonly used addition drugs are Sinomenium Acutum, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Coix Seed, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Honeysuckle Stem, Radix Rehmanniae, Angelica, Phellodendron Amurense, Poria Cocos, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Asarum, Radix Aconiti,Notopterygium and Gypsum.ConclusionBy means of data mining on the prescriptions and syndromes of the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu, we can find that it efficacy are dissipating cold, wind, dampness, and clearing heat. It mostly used to treat the cold-heat and deficiency-excess complex pattern of arthralgia. It common symptoms include the limb joint swelling pain, activity limitations, encounter cold, rainy day symptom aggravating, red tongue, thin tongue coating, white tongue coating, greasy tongue coating, deep pulse, thready pulse and rapid pulse. We also find that the patients which appling to the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu mainly performing cold-dampness pattern, heat pattern, deficiency of yang, qi and blood pattern based on the different degrees of cold, heat, deficiency and excess. So it can provide the clinical use of standard. By comparing the results with the zhang zhongjing’s description, we can found that the modern clinical use of the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu is almost no change, which promptes that TCM classics is important to guide clinical application. And this study has analysised the efficacy, indication disease, indication symptoms and the tongue and pulse condition which can supplement and develop the applicational Indication of the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu. It also lead us to understand and provide the reference of the decoction of Guizhishaoyaozhimu so that we can improve the effection of clinical curative.
