| ObjectiveTo prevent the worker from occupational hazards and to implement the laws and regulations about occupational health, the survey was carried out to evaluate the effect on the project of producing Methanol. To understand the factors and the serious from the project of it, and to evaluate the method of protecting and its effects, the suggestions would be proposed for those who have not reached the standard. Therefore, the results of this survey will be used to check and accept the f acility for control occupational hazard by the department of work safety, and to be made use of the daily management of the occupational disease prevention and control by construction unit.Methods(1) The methods of occupational health investigationIt is a method to understand the procedure from the worksite on sanitation by investigation, material collection and communication with workers. The main content contains basic facts of project, test run, overall arrangement, production technology, material and product of manufacture, the science hygiene of manufacture, preventive measures, tools for safety of workers, emergency rescue, administration of occupational diseases, distribution of adverse factors, report of pre-evaluation and the assessment of the project.(2) The methods of occupational health chemical analysisThe test for occupational hazard factors:It is a method to test occupational hazard factors including chemical, physical, biologic factors and adverse weather condition. The test for facility and building for control occupational hazard:this method was used to examine the technical parameters of facility for control occupational hazard and to detect the effect of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, lighting, microclimate and so on.The test for occupational health:Health examination is taken for workers who have been exposed in the occupational hazard environment on the basis of GBZ188-2014.(3) The methods of safety check listOn the basis of the laws and rules relevant to occupational health, the tables could be made by analyzing the project and listing units, locations, items, content and request.Result(1) Chemical factors:Carbon monoxide of 8 types of work in production in this evaluation was tested, and 24 data were measured. Methanol of 6 types of work in production was tested, and 18 data were measured. Hydrogen sulfide of 9 types of work in production was tested, and 27 data were measured. Natrium hydroxydatum of 1 types of work in production was tested, and 3 data were measured. All of them met the requirements of GBZ2.1-2007.(2) Noise:Noise intensity of 14 types of work was tested, and 42 noise data were measured. All of them met the standard except air compression station. The reason is from the self of the equipment, which was made with the high nosise.(3) Electric field of power frequency:12 Electric field of power frequency were detected, and 36 data were measured. All of the results were met the requirement of GBZ.(4) Illumination:2 Illumination-exposed working places were detected and both of them were meet the GBZ.(5) Microclimate:The air-conditionings were installed in each control room. The temperature and relative humidity in control room were suitable. Displacement ventilation indoor relies mainly on the exhaust system.Conclusions:There were different kinds of professional hazard factors in this project such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, and methanol and so on. As the two of the most serious materials, Carbon monoxide and hydrogen are harmful to the workers. Furthermore, Carbon monoxide and hydrogen widely existed in the air, the conclusion should be drew that it is seriously harm to health. The project must be checked on the facility for control occupational hazard by Department of work safety.It was up to the standard of some relevant laws and regulations for this project by occupational health investigation, chemical factors analysis, quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis. This project satisfies the conditions of completing and checking. |
