The Intervention Of Tongmai Granule On Arterial Stiffness In Patients With Essential Hypertension With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:This study aims to apply Chinese traditional medicine "through vein granule" on qi deficiency blood stasis patients with essential hypertension (eh) intervention, to observe the influence of the ankle arm index, explore whether Chinese medicine pulse particles "tong" prevention and treatment of early atherosclerosis role in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:Screening of hospital between December 2013 and December 2013, included in the standard outpatient and hospitalized patients of 114 people, using randomized controlled method,57 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group 57 cases, control group given western medicine preparation oral treatment, treatment group on the basis of western medicine preparation add Chinese traditional medicine through vein granule oral treatment, two groups of treatment, respectively, In the before and after treatment 1,2,3 and 4 weekend weekend weekend weekend application of blood pressure measurement device measuring pulse ABI (Ankle Brachial Index, Ankle arm Index), observe two groups of Ankle arm Index and the change of TCM syndrome score and influence.Results:the study included 114 subjects, the experimental group fall off in 2 cases, the control group fall off in 4 cases, abscission rate respectively is 1.75%,3.50%. At the end of the study were to obtain the complete information of 108 cases, including 56 cases of male (51.85%),52 cases were female (48.14%), before treatment the experiment group and the control group in age, sex, smoking, blood glucose, blood lipids, heart function, liver function, renal function, C reaction protein level of blood pressure and the ankle brachial index, no statistical significance (P>0.05); after the treatment, the experimental group and the control group (Ankle ABI Brachial Index, ABI) level have improved, with statistical significance (P<0.05), after treatment between two groups, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparison, from the ages of 30-39 years,40-49 years,50-59 years,60-69 years,70-79 years old, after treatment in each group were able to improve the level of ABI, were statistically significant (P<0.01); there were no significant differences between each group (P>0.05). The two groups before and after treatment of ABI to improve the level of comparison:test group total effectiveness 85.45%, the comparison group total effectiveness 66.03%, with statistical significance between the groups after treatment (P<0.05), no statistical significance between each age group (P>0.05); to compare clinical symptoms before and after treatment of TCM symptoms:test group, the total efficiency of 87.27%, control group 50.94%, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment group can significantly improve the deficiency of blood stasis patients with essential hypertension (eh) ABI, and no obvious correlation with age, the clinical curative effect is superior to pure western medicine treatment group, at the same time can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, curative effect is better than that of control group, with statistical significance. Two groups of not present adverse reactions in therapeutic doses, liver function, renal function and myocardial enzyme before and after the treatment has no obvious rise.
