Objective:Through retrospective analysis of mammotome rotary cutting system ultrasound guided for for breast lesions after diagnosis of clinical cases of breast cancer, to explore the feasibility of MMT comple-te excision of breast lesions guided by ultrasound. Methods:We collected 656 cases of patients according to breast benign tumor excision method mammotome rotary cutting biopsy, who were application mammotome rotary system complete excision of breast lesions, in a single unit from September 2012 to December 2014 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, Gastrointestinal Surgery glands. In which,81 cases of patients diagnosed breast cancer, who were preoperative ultrasound BI-RADS3,4,5 classes and tumor diameter<2.5 cm.In open surgery, postoperative biopsy was carried out on the residual cavity edge, pathological diagnosis of the presence of breast tissue residues and to identify predictive factors for incomplete excision with logistic regression analysis.Results:81 cases of patients with open surgical biopsy pathology after suggesting the 50 cases (61.7%) patients with carcinoma of residual, for the group with no residual tumor residual cavity tumor residues. Breast nidus residue results of the univariate logistic regression analysis showed that in 12 clinical and pathological factors, internal echo, ultrasound tumor morphology, tumor classification is closely related to mammotome breast cancer after operation residue (OR>1,P<0.05); Whether the nidu was complete removal of breast cancer as the dependent variable (complete removal=0, incomplete resection of =1), These 3 factors have a statistically significant factor the binomial classification of multivariate logistic regression analysis, Results show that mass internal echoes were independent risk factors for breast cancer foci residue (OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:1. When tumor morphology rules, classification of homogeneous mass internal echo, ultrasound when benign lesions more likely using ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimal invasive complete excision of the lesion is feasible technology for breast cancer. Using ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimal invasive complete excision of the lesion is feasible technology for breast cancer. Mammotome can be this type of focal breast conserving surgery for breast cancer.2. Ultrasonic echo inside the tumor under uniform, that is, with or without the presence of calcification, can be used as a mammotome stove remains independent risk factors for breast cancer after surgery.
