Diagnostic Value Of Tumor Markers And CT In Non-small Cell Lung Cancer N2 Lymph Node Metastasis

Objective:This study analyzes the value and significance of Tumor markers and CT in the clinical diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer N2 lymph node metastasis.Methods:Select on February 1,2013 to June 3,2014 in Xinjiang Medical University affiliated Tumor Hospital, diagnosis for 189 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, it is checked after admission preoperative tumor markers and CT, analysis of the diagnostic value of tumor markers and CT in N2 lymph node metastasis non-small cell lung cancer and non-lymph node metastasis group, clinical data were retrospectively analysis. Results:The diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer N2 lymph node metastasis:CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell lung cancer has certain prediction effect (P< 0.05), sensitivity was 75.9% and specificity was 52.6%.CEA in lung adenocarcinoma has certain prediction effect(P<0.01), sensitivity was 68.8% and specificity was 77.5%. CA125 in lung adenocarcinomas has certain prediction effect (P<0.05), sensitivity was 28.1% and specificity was 94.4%.NSE and SCC has no obvious effect. CT examination of non-small cell lung cancer N2 lymph node metastasis, sensitivity was 63.9% and specificity was 80.5%. Squamous cell carcinoma of lung CT examination of N2 lymph node metastasis sensitivity was 75.9% and specificity was 68.4%, sensitivity of lung adenocarcinoma was 53.1%, specificity was 90.1%, both obvious difference between the two groups of patients, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion:CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell lung cancer N2 lymph node metastasis has certain prediction effect, CEA and CA125 in lung adenocarcinoma N2 lymph node metastasis has certain prediction effect.CT examination in diagnosis of squamous cell lung cancer N2 lymph node metastasis has higher sensitivity, in lung adenocarcinoma N2 lymph node metastasis has higher specificity.
