The Effection Of Yangxin Decoction On Serum BNP Level Of Chronic Heart Rats Model

Objective:To observe the changes of Yangxin Decoction on the se rum level of BNP and LVEF of heart failure rat model induced by adri amycin,and to study the mechanism of Yangxin Decoction treatment chr onic heart failure, so as to provide a scientific basis for Yang Xin Dec octionclinical application.Methods:60 SD male rats were randomly selected 10 rats in blan k control group, the remaining 50 rats by intraperitoneal injection of ad riamycin 4mg/kg, one time a week, keeping 6 weeks,6 weeks later all rats received echocardiography determination of heart function, The stan dard of successful heart failure model is LVEF≤60%; the successful mo del rats were randomly divided into model control group, Yangxin Deco ction group, captopril group. Yangxin Decoction group was treated with Yangxin Decoction extract 2.34g/kg/d; captopril group treated with capt opril 2.25mg/kg/d, blank control group, model control group were treate d with the same volume of distilled water, administered 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, all rats through with Colour Sonography and blood serum B NP was measured by abdominal aortic blood sampling and analyzed stat istically.Results:1. The serum BNP results:compared with the blank compared to t he control group, model group rats serum BNP level increased, the diff erence is statistically significant (P<0.01); compared with the model gro up, Yangxin Decoction group and captopril group, the serum BNP levels were reduced, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01); Yangx in Decoction group and captopril group compared to serum BNP levels between no statistical significance (P>0.05).2. LVEF results:compared with the blank control group, model gro up rats reduced LVEF, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01) compared with the model group, Yangxin Decoction group and captopri 1 group rats LVEF increased, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.01); Yangxin Decoction group and captopril group compared to the r at left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Decoction can reduce chronic heart failure rat model serum BNP level and improve left ventricular ejection fraction and the effect similar with captopril group.
