Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Phlegm Block Type Palpitations By Modified Wendan Decoction

Objective:By modified wendan decoction treatment phlegm block type palpitation symptoms observed in order to determine its clinical efficacy.Methods:The case 50 cases of phlegm block type palpitations were randomly divided into treatment group of 25 patients in the control group of 25 patients in both groups were taking the CSDP, the treatment group modified wendan decoction. Statistical tables observation of clinical cases, organize data, and four weeks of treatment are a therapy session, and recording symptom score, using statistical comparison of before and after treatment finishing symptom score and symptom efficacy.Results:1. Two groups of turbid phlegm type palpitation after treatment in the patients with TCM syndrome total score comparison: treatment group, the total integral 4.52 + 1.89. In control group, the total integral 6.32 + 2.21, with statistical difference (P< 0.05).2. Two groups of turbid phlegm type palpitation main symptoms before and after treatment, treatment efficiency comparison: treatment group, the effective rate was 96% and integral 1.2 + 1.15, the control group, the effective rate was 92% and integral 1.76 1.2, with statistical difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Modified wendan decoction can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with palpitations phlegm block type.2. Modified wendan decoction can improve heart palpitations phlegm block type syndromes performance, reduce the incidence of individual symptoms.
