Objecttive:Using statistical software for Professor Song Liqun’s treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine research, investigate prescription drug laws, and then summarize the treatment of this disease clinical drug experience.Methods:Collected from the Department of nephropathy at the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital in March 2009 to February 2014 by Professor Song Liqun outpatient and ward of diagnosis and treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome patients.From the perspective of drug application, in-depth study of the oral Chinese medicine decoction. Using Database software,SPSS17.0 statistical software and SAS statistical software,application of frequency analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis and other statistical methods, from the prescription analysis, in order to find out clinical medication regular of Professor Song Liqun in treating primary nephrotic syndrome.Result:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were screened with 300 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease, get involved the 126 flavor, using the total frequency of 5652 times, the frequency in more than 50 times of drugs were 26 kinds,83.20% cumulative frequency.Among them, Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome,Milkveth Root, Fructus Rosae Laevigatae Cherokee Rose Fruit,Glossy Privet Fruit,Gorgon Fruit,Tuckahoe, Semen Cuscutae,Flastem Milkvetch Seed,Ningpo Yam Rhizome, Fructus Nelumbinis. is the core of professor Song Liqun for drug treatment of primary nephritic syndrome.Drug class involves 16 categories, frequency of greater than 10% have three, followed by tonic medicine, astringent drug,digestion drug, frequency of use were 32.34%, 21.74%,10.54%.The drug in the flat,warm, lukewarm,the taste of sweet,bitter, astringent taste the flavor of three the most commonly used, according to the use of drugs channel tropism by taste arranged,the top five were the liver,the kidney,the spleen,the lung,the stomach;according to the use frequency of the top five were the spleen,the kidney, the liver,the stomach,the lung.
