Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System Analysis Of Professor Si Guomin Treatment Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Medication Rule

Objective: Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system,through the case collection,collation and data analysis of Professor Si Guomin in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,this study sums up the medication rules and diagnosis and treatment thinking of Professor Si Guomin in the treatment of the disease,so as to provide more reasonable medication experience for clinicians,so that the experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine has universality.Method: Through collecting and sorting out the cases of primary nephrotic syndrome treated in traditional Chinese medicine clinic of Shandong Provincial Hospital from January 1,2018 to February 29,2020 by professor Si Guomin,we strictly screen them according to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and shedding criteria,and apply " Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(v2.5)" to establish the "original database of Professor Si Guomin treating primary nephrotic syndrome".According to the database,the frequency of drugs,the association rules between drugs,new combinations of drugs and new prescriptions of treatment are obtained by software analysis.Results: A total of 249 prescriptions were included in this study,involving156 flavors of Chinese medicine and 4024 times of drug use.First of all,through the analysis of the frequency of drug use in the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,it is concluded that there are35 drugs with the frequency ≥ 30 times,accounting for 22.44% of all traditional Chinese medicine flavors and 77.11% of all drug use frequency.Secondly,according to the association rules,the prescriptions were analyzed to obtain 10 commonly used drugs,123 pairs of drug combinations,and professor si’s core prescription for the treatment of this disease.Finally,according to the complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,15 new prescriptions for Professor Si Guomin’s treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome were obtained.Conclusion: According to the analysis results of the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,it is concluded that Professor Si Guomin’s treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome is based on the idea of tonifying deficiency and righting,detoxifying and removing turbidity,warming the kidney and strengthening the essence.During diagnosis and treatment,attention should be paid to the healthy qi at all times,focusing on detoxification,cold and heat coordinating,attack and supplement simultaneously,so as to eliminate pathogenic factors without injuring them.At the same time,Professor Si Guomin is good at treating both the symptoms and the root causes.The prescriptions are changed with the change of the syndrome.The addition and subtraction of prescriptions is well founded.This basically reflects Professor Si’s experience in drug use and clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking,which is worth learning by clinicians.
