The Fullness Of Self-made Dampness Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency Type Of Fullnes Syndrome Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Purpose: This research through clinical observation, to clear the self humidification except PI decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of spleen deficiency and phlegm acupuncture treatment of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome efficacy and clinical safety of epigastric fullness.Method: This research adopts the method of randomized, quasi will strictly abide by the inclusion and exclusion criteria selected 60 cases of spleen deficiency type epigastric fullness, according to the treatment plan and standard treatment, and carefully observe the clinical efficacy, statistical analysis.Result: The treatment group: 7 cases were cured, 13 cases markedly effective, effective 7 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90%. The control group cured 5 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 4 cases; the total effective rate was 87.7%. Through statistical analysis, between the treatment group and the control group curative effect contrast(P > 0.05), no significant difference, but in the recovery rate and significant efficiency, the treatment group was higher than control group.Conclusion: with the wet PI decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of spleen deficiency type epigastric fullness with satisfactory efficacy, total efficacy with the control group no significant difference in cure rate, and significant efficiency higher than that of control group. 60 patients during treatment, no adverse reaction, the safety of the physical and chemical examination had no obvious abnormality. Proved that self-made wet except PI decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of spleen deficiency of safety and effectiveness of epigastria fullness is for sure.
