Objective: To know the epidemic characters of type A and B intestinal infectious disease in Guiyang,and to provide a scientific basis for infection disease control and prevention.Methods: The epidemic situations of type A and B intestinal infection from 1993 to 2012 in Guiyang were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. the time variation trend of type A and B intestinal infectious disease were analyzed by dynamic sequence analysis method. Method for analysis of toilet incidence of a disease and health coverage, Disease incidence and sanitary toilets, hazard-free treatment rate of waste rank correlation analysis, the relationship between the incidence of hepatitis a and hepatitis a vaccine coverage of the relationship between earson correlation analysis. Results: the number of accumulated cases with 7 kinds of type A and B intestinal infectious diseases reached 94647 cases between 1993 and 2012 in Guiyang, an average incidence was 142.65 per 100,000 annually.The sex ratio was 1.38:1.and gave priority to the students scattered children, accounted for 39.24% of the total cases. Cases distributed year—round and the peak periods occurred from July to October,accounted for 53.57% of the reported cases. The incidence rate of type A and B intestinal infection from 1993 to 2012 in Guiyang show a significant downward trend. Among them each year is 2009 the largest decline, down 49.71% compared with 2008. From 2005 to 2012 in Guiyang City, dysentery, typhoid,hepatitis A,undifferentiated type hepatitis and the addition of cholera outside of type A and B 5 kinds of intestinal infectious diseases in the total incidence with increasing popularization rate of sanitary latrine and the harmless treatment rate and decreased year by year(P<0.05); 2009--2012children aged 1-14 Guiyang City incidence of hepatitis and hepatitis A vaccination rate was negatively correlated, r =-0.989, P = 0.011. Conclusion:Nearly 20 years of Guiyang City incidence of intestinal infectious diseases in the overall downward trend, the tendency of incidence of dysentery, typhoid and paratyphoid fever, hepatitis A on intestinal infectious diseases affect the maximum. Now prevention and cure of infections have made remarkable achievement, but in the prevention and control of intestinal infectious diseases in the future work, we should further strengthen the building of health infrastructure, and vaccination.
