| Objective:Hypertension is a kind of high blood pressure as the main clinical manifestations with unknown etiology.It belongs to high incidence and often accompanied by other risk factors to some extent,advanced hypertension can cause lesions on the main target organ of heart, kidney, brain and fundus oculi.The quality of life has suffered a great impact, it is also a kind of chronic diseases which threat human health.Using cooperation of chinese and western medicine can be better able to improve the sensitivity of antihypertensive drugs to organism, reduce the injury of target organs, get aabetter curative effect than chinese or western medicine alone. The subject aims at verifying the clinical curative effect of Tianzhi recipe treating essential hypertention (Hyperactivity of liver, deficiency of liver and kidney, blood stasis).The subject researchs the effect of antihypertive therapy with Tianzhi recipe on the change of serum nitric oxide(NO), Endothelial-1(ET-1),blood hemorheology and clinic efficacy as well,investigates the mechanism of antihypertensive drug:Tianzhi recipe.Method:The 60 cases from our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.No statistical difference (gender, age,course of disease) between the two groups in general.The experimental group was treated with Tianzhi recipe(gastrodia 10g、uncaria 30g、chrysanthemum 10g、 Achyranthes bidentata 20g、prunella 10g、puerarin 30g、Radix Paeoniae Alba 15g、semen cassiae 20g、angelica 10g、Leech 6g) a dose daily, divided two times at morning and night decocted orally and Irbesartan one tablet each time (150mg), once daily oral,the control group was treated with Irbesartan alone for 4 weeks.To observe the change of clinic blood pressure,serum NO,ET-1,blood hemorheology and the symptom score, the symptom efficacy,the clinical curative effect and adverse drug reaction before and after treatment were determined to appraise the clinical curative effect of Tianzhi recipe.Result:1 Improvement in dynamic blood pressure:the two groups each lowered the systolic and diastolic blood pressure to the same extent, the difference was significant (P< 0.05),it shows that two groups were the same to lower blood pressure.2 Improvement in the symptom score:it was significantly decreased with two groups(3.12±2.96,5.70±3.61,P<0.05 from baseline),the experimental group was better than the control group.the combination of chinese and western medicine treatment is superior to western medicine treatment alone.3 Improvement in NO and ET-1 in the serum:the serum NO was increased with two groups(115.71±7.1,90.6±15.2μmol/ml,P<0.05 from baseline,the experimental group is superior to the control group,P<0.05);the serum ET-1 was decreased with two groups(56.02±13.97,55.02±14.09 μmol/ml,P<0.05 from baseline),it shows that the experimental group which combined Tianzhi recipe with Irbesartan treatment is greater than the control group.4 Improvement in blood rheological aspect:the whole blood viscosity(low shear,medium shear,high shear),plasma viscosity,HCT,ESR and PAG of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).5 The adverse reactions of two groups:There was 1 cases mild vomiting in the experimental group after treatment, seizures more than 1 days, did not stop drug,the symptoms gradually disappear. There were 2 cases mild nausea in the control group after treatment,did not make special treatment, they got better on their own 2 days later. of foot and ankle edema patients.Conclusion:1 Tianzhi recipe combined with Irbesartan is superior to Irbesartan in symptom efficacy.It improves various clinical symptoms along with hypertension(such as dizziness, dizzy etc.).2 Tianzhi recipe can improve blood hemorheology, increase serum NO and decrease serum ET-1.3 The antihypertensive effect of Tianzhi recipe is significant and no obvious adverse reaction,it allows patients to maintain sustained, stable hypotensive level. |
