Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Attack Of Bronchial Asthma(Cold Asthma And Blood Stasis Syndrome) And Its Influence On Hemorheology

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Tongluo Recipe in the treatment of mild and moderate patients with acute attack stage of bronchial asthma(cold asthma and blood stasis syndrome),and to observe the influence of Wenyang Tongluo Recipe on hemorheology,so as to verify the practical application value of Wenyang Tongluo recipe,expand the prevention and treatment ideas of bronchial asthma,and provide objective theoretical basis for the clinical treatment and promotion of this disease.Methods:62 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into 31 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the treatment group.One patient in the treatment group fell off(patient lost to follow-up),and the actual number of patients who completed the trial was 30.The control group was given conventional inhalation therapy of western medicine Shulidie,and the treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine Wenyang Tongluo Formula on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 14 consecutive days(both patients in the above two groups were given 1salbutamol aerosol for use,if necessary,as needed use).Observe and record the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the individual scores of TCM syndromes,the onset and disappearance time of asthma,lung function(FEV1 accounted for% of predicted value,PEF variability%)and changes in hemorheology In the case of statistics and analysis of data through SPSS 25.0 software.Result:1.Wenyang Tongluo Recipe combined with Shu Li Die can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,especially in the chilling limb cold,thirst hot drink,blood stasis symptoms,the treatment group is better than the control group(P <0.05).2.Wenyang Tongluo Recipe combined with Shulidie can effectively improve the lung function of patients,and the effect of the treatment group is equivalent to that of the control group(P >0.05).3.Wenyang Tongluo Recipe combined with Shulidi can significantly shorten the onset and disappearance time of patients with asthma,the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P <0.01).4.The clinical efficacy of Wenyang Tongluo Formula combined with Shulidi is significant,and the total effective rate of the treatment group(93.33%)is better than that of the control group(83.87%),the difference is not statistically significant(P >0.05).5.The combination of Wenyang Tongluo Formula and Shulidie can effectively reduce the hemorheological parameters of patients,especially in the whole blood viscosity(shear rate 300s-1,115s-1,1s-1),red blood cell aggregation index,the effect of the treatment group Better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Wenyang Tongluo Recipe can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(wheezing,cough,sputum,cold chills,thirsty hot drinks,blood stasis symptoms)in patients with mild to moderate asthma during the acute attack(cold asthma and blood stasis syndrome),In addition,the combined Western medicine Shulidie is more effective than the Western medicine alone in improving the symptoms of cold chills,thirsty hot drinks and blood stasis in asthma patients.2.Wenyang Tongluo Recipe can significantly shorten the onset and disappearance time of asthma in patients with mild to moderate asthma during the acute attack(cold asthma and blood stasis syndrome),and the combined Western medicine Shuli Die is more effective than Western medicine alone.3.Wenyang Tongluo Recipe can improve the abnormal indexes of hemorheology in patients with mild to moderate asthma during the acute attack(cold wheezing and blood stasis syndrome),and combined with the Western medicine Shulidie can improve the whole blood viscosity of the asthma patients(shear rate 300s)-1,115s-1,1s-1),the red blood cell aggregation index is more effective than Western medicine alone.
