| PURPOSE:In this study,64 patients with essential hypertension who were enrolled in accordance with the requirements were selected as the research objects,and acupuncture at Point LU10 and Point LR3,and cross-controlled trial of immediate antihypertensive effect in patients with essential hypertension.First,comparing with clinical antihypertensive point(LR3),exploring the actual clinical effect of blood pressure reduction in Point LU10,so as to verify the effectiveness of acupuncture at Point LU10 in reducing blood pressure immediately in patients with primary hypertension.Second,increase the antihypertensive effect of the acupoints(with a view to expanding the scope of acupoint indications)and explore new ways of acupoint indications.Third,to provide a basis for clinical acupuncture,and to explore new methods and acupoints for emergency blood pressure reduction.Most of hypertension will be accompanied by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Timely treatment for the rescue time has great clinical significance for hypertension high-risk phenomena.Fourthly,establish the feasible operation standard for the instant decompression of acupuncture Point LU10.Therefore,this study provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of essential hypertension with acupuncture,and meanwhile fills in the new treatment of hypertension at Point LU10.METHODS:Screening was performed on the patients with primary hypertension and chronic disease archives established by the community health and medical center of Qiaozi town,Huairou district,Beijing.71 patients were included according to the inclusion criteria set in this study.The patients were selected strictly according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.37 cases were female,accounting for 57.81%.The youngest was 49 years old,the eldest was 65 years old,and the average age was(57.5±94.88)years old.The duration of the disease was 1 year for the youngest and 27 years for the oldest,with an average duration of(7.33±5.91)years.Systolic blood pressure(149.03±8.57)mmHg before acupuncture,diastolic blood pressure(87.50±8.31)mmHg before acupuncture,heart rate(76.84±8.77)times/min before acupuncture.Using the method of random Numbers table will be in accordance with the proportion of 1:1were randomly divided into 32 cases Point LU10 acupuncture group(treatment group)and 32 cases Point LR3 acupuncture group(control group),cross(itself)controlled trials compared:the same patients receiving treatment,twice the previous treatment after take a washout period(excluding the deviation of experimental data caused by the curative effect of the previous trial treatment to the next treatment),then the next treatment,the test results are two way and two way between the curative effect of acupuncture in different time variance analysis.Blood pressure and heart rate were measured and recorded before treatment,immediately after acupuncture,5 minutes after acupuncture,10 minutes after acupuncture,20 minutes after acupuncture and 5 minutes after acupuncture.Changes in blood pressure and heart rate symptoms of patients were observed.Scientific statistical analysis and objective evaluation were conducted on the data obtained from the experiment.RESULTS:1.Analysis on the hypotensive effect of acupuncture at Point LU10 in different periods.(1)Immediate antihypertensive effect analysis of acupuncture at Point LU10:among the 64 cases of the experiment,1 case showed significant effect,16 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 26.56%;There was a statistically significant difference in blood pressure between the immediate hypotension at Point LU10 and that before acupuncture(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the immediate hypotension of acupuncture point at Point LU10 and that of Point LR3 group(P>0.05).The data of the two groups showed that the degree of hypotension of acupuncture point at Point LU10 was the same as that of Point LR3 group.(2)Analysis of the antihypertensive effect after 5 minutes:among the 64 patients,4 showed significant effect,25 were effective,and the total effective rate was 45.31%.There was a statistically significant difference between the blood pressure before acupuncture and the blood pressure after acupuncture at Point LU10 for 5 minutes(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure reduction between the acupuncture group and Point LR3(P>0.05)after 5 minutes of acupuncture at Point LU10.The data of the two groups showed that the blood pressure reduction degree of the acupuncture group was similar to that of Point LR3 group.(3)Analysis of the antihypertensive effect after 10 minutes of acupuncture at Point LU10:among the 64 cases of the experiment,10 cases showed significant effect,26 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 56.25%.There was a statistically significant difference between the blood pressure before acupuncture and the blood pressure after acupuncture at Point LU10 for 10 minutes(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the blood pressure reduction in the Point LU10 acupuncture group and the Point LR3 acupuncture group after 10 minutes(P>0.05).The data of the two groups showed that the blood pressure reduction degree of the Point LU10 acupuncture group was the same as that of the Point LR3 acupuncture group.(4)Analysis on the antihypertensive effect of acupuncture at Point LU10 after 20 minutes:the best antihypertensive effect of acupuncture at Point LU10 at this time point.Among the 64 cases,8 cases showed significant effect,29 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 57.81%.There was a statistically significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure reduction between the two groups(P>0.05)after 20 minutes of acupuncture at Point LU10 and that in the Point LR3 group.(5)Analysis of the antihypertensive effect 5 minutes after acupuncture at Point LU10:among the 64 cases of the experiment,9 cases showed significant effect,27 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 56.25%.There was a statistically significant difference between the blood pressure before acupuncture and the blood pressure 5 minutes after acupuncture at Point LU10(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure reduction between the two groups(P>0.05)5 minutes after acupuncture at Point LU10 and the Point LR3 group(P>0.05).2.Analysis of heart rate changes at different time periods of acupuncture at Point LU10.The heart rate in the Point LU10 acupuncture group was significantly different from that before acupuncture(P<0.05).Compared with the Point LR3 group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,the effect of the gentle heart rate at the Point LU10 instant acupuncture and the five-minute acupuncture was better than that in the Point LR3 group.CONCLUSION:1.By observing the clinical comparative study of the immediate antihypertensive effect of acupuncture at Point LU10 and Point LR3,and conducting the self-contrast study,this study proves that acupuncture at Point LU10 has a certain instant antihypertensive effect,which further improves the field of TCM acupuncture instant antihypertensive effect and is innovative to some degree.2.In the comparison of the overall antihypertensive effect between the two grpups in this study,the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in Point LU10 group and Point LR3 group was the same,with no significant difference.3.Clinical observation showed that the best effect was achieved after acupuncture at Point LU10 for 20 minutes in terms of blood pressure and gentle heart rate.Moreover,ichthonic acupoints are located in the hands.In the state of first aid,the operability of acupuncture is far more convenient than that of Point LR3 located in the toes.4.Because all the included samples were patients with essential hypertension and had been taking antihypertensive drugs for a long time,acupuncture at Point LU10 could still reduce hypertension under relatively stable hypertension,which is of great significance for the clinical treatment of essential hypertension by acupuncture.To sum up,this study further indicates the clinical advantages of acupuncture on Point LU10 acupoint,such as simple and convenient acupoint selection,quick response and good efficacy.It is worth to further expand the experimental study on the sample content and relevant mechanism,so as to provide a basis for promoting the application of this acupoint in clinical and daily life in the future. |
