Qihuang Capsule In Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome Clinica

Objection:To observe the clinical effects of Qihuang Capsule in Diabetic Nephro Pathy phase III, and investigate the effect of patients’24hUPQ、UAER、mALB&β2-MG.Method:60 DN phase Ⅲ patients were selected, which are also qi-yin deficiency. They were divided into treatment group and control group randomly according to registration order, with each group 30 patients. Two comparison methods will be adopted. One is comparison with control group, the other one is comparison between pretherapy and post-treatment. All the patients would receive basic treatment:(1) Diabetes control,(2) Blood pressure control. In treatment group, Qihuang Capsules will be taken with five capsules each time, and three times a day. In control group, simulant capsules will be taken with five capsules each time, and three times a day. Treatment duration:2 weeks of start-up period,12 weeks of treatment period. To observe variation of TCM score,24hUPQ, UAER, mALB and β2-MG before and after therapy, meanwhile, investigate the effect of Cr、BUN、GFR、ALT、AST, and analyze data statistically.Results:1.Results show that total effective rate of treatment group is 73.3%, total effective rate of control group is 56.7%. Efficacy of two groups differ significantly (P<0.01) and treatment group is better than control group.2.The treatment group and control group after treatment in patients with the comparison of TCM score, Efficacy of two groups differ significantly (P <0.01) and treatment group is better than control group, with statistical significance.3.The treatment group and control group after treatment in patients with the comparison of 24hUPQ, UAER, Efficacy of two groups differ significantly (P<0.01) and treatment group is better than control group, with statistical significance.4.The treatment group and control group after treatment in patients with the comparison of mALB、β2-MG, Efficacy of two groups have obvious difference (P<0.05) and treatment group is better than control group, with statistical significance.Conclusion:1. Qihuang Capsules can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients in Diabetic Nephro Pathy phase Ⅲ and qi-yin deficiency.2. Qihuang Capsules can decrease 24hUPQ、UAER effectively in Diabetic Nephro Pathy phase Ⅲ and qi-yin deficiency.3. Qihuang Capsules can decrease mALB、β2-MG effectively in Diabetic Nephro Pathy phase Ⅲ and qi-yin deficiency, Relieve kidney damage, delay the progress of the disease.
