In the natural population, this disease concentrated in the onset ages 18 to 50 years old, focused on greatly harm the young adults labor ability, not only brought pain to the patient’s life and work, but also directly affected the development of social productivity. Due to its pathogenesis and pathology are still not very clear, at the same time prognosis without damaged joint, thus failing to get medical attention, so modern medicine for the disease is still in a helpless state.After thousands of years of cultural development, traditional Chinese medicine has a wealth of experience in the treatment of the disease, past dynasties doctors knew the cold poliomyelitis knowledges from different perspective, and put forward the different treatment methods and principles, finally highlight the main therapeutic principles-" Herbs Hot in Property Prescribed for Cold Syndrome". While time is constantly changing, ancient treatment can not fully adapt to the modern law. After a long time clinical observation KouQiuai professor found the reason of arthralgia due to cold are yang deficiency and attacked by pathogenic cold, it easy to appear stagnation of cold and qi and smoothless circulation of blood。We need regulating Qi and blood at the same time when we eliminating pathogenic factors. Professor made the decoction of YangXue WenTong according to DangGui SiNi decoction, which can nourishing the blood and warm meridians to disperse cold, Eliminating Wind and Dampness and Dredging Collaterals.Research purposes:This article would set out the effect of YangXue WenTong Decoction in Treating arthralgia due to cold, based on the literature review, clinical observation and medical record analysis. We want to offer ideas and reference for TCM through the study of past dynasties literature for the disease and the result of clinical observation, case analysis, combining with the tutor clinical application of YangXue WenTong Decoction in Treating arthralgia due to cold.Literature review part mainly explore the clinical application of two aspects from the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine treatment in arthralgia due to cold. The clinical study part was observe the effect of 60 patients with arthralgia due to cold whose had used YangXue WenTong Decoction, and evaluate clinical efficacy. Then sum up the KouQiuai professor’s experience. The case analysis part was clarify the curative effect of YangXue WenTong decoction and sum up the KouQiuai professor’s experience of the treatments of arthralgia due to cold.Research methods:This study’s patients were KouQiuai professor outpatients of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine XiYuan hospital rheumatism. The observation time was from June 2013-March 2015. We would select 66 patients from all the patients whose fit the Diagnostic efficacy of standard of arthralgia due to cold. Those patients would be treatment by YangXue WenTong Decoction for 6 weeks, we would respectively 0,2,4,6 weeks to fill in CRF table, through the analysis of the clinical syndromes to score, finally complete the course of 60 cases of patients before and after their control effect evaluation. The results of the study:AcknowledgementsGender differences:Women 50 cases, accounted for 83.33%, male 10 cases, accounting for 16.67%.Age differences:About 1 in patients aged under 25, accounts for about 1.67%,25 to 40,32 cases, accounting for about 53.33%,41-55 years of age in 20 cases, accounted for about 33.33%,56-70-year-old has 7 cases, accounting for about 11.67%. With aged between 25 and 55 years old were the majority, about 86.66%.Seasonal incidence differences:The highest incidence in the summer, the second in the winter and spring. There was 15 cases (25%) in spring, 22 cases (36.67%) in summer,8 cases (13.33%) in autumn,15 cases (25%) in winter.The location of injury differences:mainly focused on limbs, which have 35 cases, accounting for about 58.33%,17 cases (28.33%) in the whole body, there are 5 cases in waist and back, accounting for about 8.33%, of the head 3 cases in head and neck, accounts for about 5.00%. Of which focus on the lower limb is a total of 29 cases, about 48.33%.Inducement difference:cold invading 39 cases, accounted for 65%, cold evil invading and after delivery 21 cases, accounting for 35%.Course difference:There are 26 cases within 1 year, accounting for about 43%,23 cases between lyear and 5 year, accounting for about 38.33%, 9 cases between 5 year and 10 year, accounting for about 15%, only 2 cases more than 10 years, accounting for about 3.33%. The course of the disease tended to within five years, a total of 49, accounts for about 81.67% of the total, the course within 1 year accounts for the largest, about 43%.Clinical treatment results:after 6 weeks of clinical observation, according to the TCM syndrome curative effect judgment standard gained the results of 60 cases whose used YangXue WenTong Decoction in Treating arthralgia due to cold,8 cases of clinical control, accounts for about 13.33%,12 cases were markedly effective, accounts for about 20%,36 cases were effectively, accounts for about 60%,4 cases were invalid, accounts for about 6.67%, total effective rate was 93.33%.Conclusion:The treatment of YangXue WenTong Decoction in Treating arthralgia due to cold is effective, especially used in the treatment of patients with blood deficiency, curative effect is a plus, worthy of popularization and application in clinic. |
