Clinical Study On Traction And Bone Setting Manipulation Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Purpose: this topic through the clinical symptoms, signs and X-ray index is analyzed, inorder to observe traction bonesetting method before, during and after the treatment of cervicalspondylosis of nerve root type under the patient’s symptoms and physical signs index and thechange of cervical curvature, to study the clinical curative effect and mechanism of action,comparing the clinical curative effect is different from traditional single therapy efficacy forclinical treatment and provide a scientific basis for promotion.Methods: randomly selected and included rules consistent with nerve root type ofcervical spondylosis patients90cases were divided into treatment group and control group all45people. The control set as the basic treatment group, using traction as the basic treatment;Treatment group on the basis of patients with vertebral joint dislocation type to choose one ormore in traction bonesetting method for healing after treatment. In before and after treatmentof symptoms, signs and cervical spine X-ray (the neck values change) as an index. Within thegroup and between groups, before treatment, after treatment of observation, to compare twokinds of therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type differences inclinical efficacy.Results: Comparison of various indicators of the treatment group improved effect ishigher than that of the control group. The treatment group and the control group before andafter treatment in two groups before and after treatment were compared to the situation inP<0.05score, the comparison between the two groups was significant difference; P<0.01value of cervical curvature before and after treatment in two groups after the treatment, thetwo different methods of treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group onthe change of cervical curvature values between the two groups in general; curative effect, thetotal efficiency of the control group the total effective rate was86.7%lower in the treatmentgroup the total efficiency of95.6%, the total efficiency compared with significant difference(P<0.05), the bone traction therapy is better than simple traction therapy.Conclusion:1. Under the traction bonesetting method treatment effect is remarkable, especially forthe treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. 2.in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, under the tractionbonesetting method of treatment effect is better than that of pure traction treatment3. Bonesetting method combined with traction treatment technology is superior to thegeneral technology, can be incorporated into a routine therapy in the treatment of cervicalspondylosis of nerve root type scheme.4.application the therapy can significantly improve the cure rate on cervical spondylosisof nerve root type.
