The Clinical And Experimental Research On Treatment Of Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Baoganjiangzhi(BGJZ) Granule

This study that applies theoretical analysis of traditional Chinesemedicine and modern technology and treatment from two aspects of clinical andexperimental observe the efficacy of the treatment of alcoholic fatty liverwith baoganjiangzhi granule. In Clinical observation,80cases of patientsthat are diagnosed with alcoholic fatty liver by western medicine diagnosiswere randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40cases ineach group. Experimental group to be baoganjiangzhi granule and the controlgroup to be dongbaogantai slice are continuously observed for8weeks. Resultsshow that the experimental group in the clinical symptoms improved obviouslybetter than that in control group (P <0.05or P <0.01);The both groups hadan improvment In these spects of Liver function index, index of blood lipids,leptin and tumor necrosis factor TNF-a, but the experimental group is betterthan the control group. Experimental research shows that: baoganjiangzhigranule and dongbaogantai slice for liver tablets in alcoholic fatty liverrat model has good effect, protect liver lipid particles in liver functionimproved significantly superior Yu Dongbao liver group, there was asignificant statistical significance (P <0.05); The two groups can reduceblood fat, leptin level and TNF-a, but compared with the dongbaogantaicontrol group has no significant difference (P>0.05).
