Objective:To study the different interventions on the Parkinson model in ratsubstantia nigra calcium bindinginfluence the protein expression ofD28k and calcium homeostasis, cellular and molecular mechanismsofmaintaining calcium homeostasis in neurons of the acupuncturetreatment of Parkinson’s disease in the process,the best means ofintervention.Methods:Set in a rat model of Parkinson using6-hydroxydopamine rightstriatum double target injection method. SD rats were randomlydivided into electroacupuncture group, music pulse EA, Madopargroup, model group, sham operation group, blank group6group.Electroacupuncture Baihui acupuncture along the skin after sun musicelectroacupuncture group, electroacupuncture pulse. Madopar group byintragastric administration of levodopa and Benserazide tablet.4weekslater, all rats were taken after anesthesia. Anesthesia of1rat models ofPD willexpire after the observation,4%paraformaldehyde fixed braintissue perfusion method, separation and save the substantia nigra.2immunohistochemical method was used to observe the calcium bindingprotein D28k expression in rat brain substantia nigra situation.3thenthe data were analyzed with SPSS18.0software.Results:EA group and Madopar group rat brain substantia nigra calciumbinding protein D28k expression were significantlyincreased comparedwith the model group, the pulse music EA group, with significantdifference (P<0.01); the model group compared with normal group,sham operation group was significantly decreased (P<0.01); and themusic EA group and EA group and Madopar pulse group showed no significant difference (P>0.05); Madopargroup and pulseelectroacupuncture group have significant difference (P<0.05); there isno significant difference between the control group and sham operationgroup (P>0.05)Conclusion:1.Of music electroacupuncture, pulse electro acupuncture have atherapeutic effect on the rat model of Parkinson disease, and musicelectro acupuncture is better than that of pulse ea.2.The musicelectroacupuncture, pulseelectroacupuncture treatment can make thecalcium binding protein D28k expression.3.Of musicelectroacupuncture, pulse electro acupuncture has the protective effecton dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of rats with Parkinson.
