Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Renshen Shaoyao Powder In Treatment Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Of Blood Stasis Of Ventricular Premature Beats

Objective: The clinical curative effect through clinicalverification RenshenShaoyao Powder in treatment of Qi and yindeficiency and heart blood stasis type of ventricular premature beatsMethods: In this study, a total income of60cases， diagnosis ofdeficiency of both qi and Yin and heart blood stasis type ofventricular premature beat patients, were randomly divided intoexperimental group and control group with30cases in each.Thecontrol group oral Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of theexperimental group was given theRenshenShaoyao Powderprescription.The two groups were observed before and aftertreatment of the TCM symptoms, dynamic ECG changesand thesafety indexes in changes of before and after treatment.Results:The test group was93.33%and in the control group thetotal efficiency of76.67%, there are significant differences betweentwo groups.In two groups before and after treatment of blood, urineroutine, liver and kidney function were compared, foundRenshenShaoyao Powder prescription on blood, urine routine, liver,kidney function abnormal effect.Conclusion:1.This study shows that renshenshaoyaoPowderprescriptionhas notable effect on the treatment of the Qi and yindeficiency and heart blood stasis type of ventricular premature beats,and can improve the clinical symptoms andsigns， and patients’electrocardiogram.and reducing VPB frequency, reduce the severityof ventricular premature beat.2.In this study， the blood routine examination and hepaticandrenal functions of patients after treatment are not change，whichshows that renshenshaoyaoPowder prescriptioncan be safelyused for clinical application.3..RenshenShaoyao Powder prescription through clinicalobservation, a significant effect, the treatment and understanding ofthe disease nature of basic right.
